I stayed here for the fallen firefighters memorial, the house and yard were very tidy and clean, the hosts were prompt on all replies and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! We recently got married at the end of June and chose to roadtrip to different parts of Colorado for our honeymoon. We started at this VRBO in Colorado Springs and I’m so glad we did. The location is perfect and close to a lot of the major tourist attractions. When you’re ready to head home after a long day, the backyard and hot tub are the perfect place to relax. Cannot recommend enough!

Overall an okay house. The bed was comfortable, but not ideal for a stay with babies/toddlers due to the stairs to the main bedroom being very steep. We did not find it to be cleaned to our expectations, especially for the cost of cleaning fees (needed to be dusted everywhere, hair in bathroom, kitchen sink was dirty, spiders & cobwebs). Also street parking only. There was also a large portable air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom that is not pictured - so be prepared for noisy air conditioner if you are staying in the summer!

We do provide a baby gate for the stairs and the house does have AC but some guest find the upstairs is still to warm when it‘s in the hot summer! I will speak with the cleaners. Thank you for letting me know. There is off street parking one just has to pull around through the alley and unlock the gate to pull in the back yard.

We were in Colorado Springs for the firefighter memorial ceremony. This property is in a great location. Close to downtown and anything that you want to do is within a short drive. would definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is a little rundown but we felt safe and neighbors were quiet and friendly. The house is nice and the perfect getaway for our little family. My kids loved the hot tub and the backyard space. It was a quick drive to all our activities and good restaurants!

Such an adorable place close to EVERYTHING in Colorado Springs! Owner was amazing and gets in contact with you in a timely manner. The ear plugs in each room was brilliant!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the cutest house. The landscape was truly remarkable. The house had everything we needed. Very close to all the sights we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and great hosts

Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Kitchen very well equipped, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Also super close to everything we needed. Outdoor space is really a bonus, would stay again.

House was quite clean easy tonwork with hosts. Park/ lake just a block away was great for the kiddos. It was close to plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Beds and some of the pillows were quite firm if you like that. Outside well maintained. Only "bad" thing was the neighborhood being run down. This place is a diamond in the rough. That said we had zero problems during our two nights

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying all the amenities. The beds are really comfortable too! Thank you for hosting a wonderful rental!

Great location for the Balloon Festival!

Clean property with fully stocked kitchen to cook for our college student! Hot tub and fire pit were a great way to relax! Added bonus, we had front row seats for the balloon festival in the morning s as the balloons flew right over the property!

Such a relaxing Vacation

This place was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom tub and how deep it was. My kids loved the hot tub. We had a lovely time. Will be back

Charming and comfortable home.

The property itself was clean and cozy. I was thankful that I was able to park my car in the back of property as it felt more secure. I had no issues and would gladly stay again. Thank you.
