Zoltan was very prompt to communicate with me. Very friendly and considerate. The house was clean and well kept. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

The check-in process was extremely smooth. This is a very clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pretty convenient to things you might need (grocery, restaurants). The theater room was a great place to relax, and we enjoyed cooking and eating breakfast together in the mornings and chilling on the back deck in the evenings. Would definitely choose this place again when I am back in the area.

Our children and grandchildren meet us in Colorado Springs for a family vacation. It was an exceptional home for our family. Plenty of beds, towels, kitchen needs and space. They had a baby gate which was wonderful. The hot tub and ping pong table were enjoyable activities for the adults after the littles went to bed. The host wanted to make our stay memorable and was easy to communicate with.

Great property! Location was within 15 mins of all of our activities and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Property was clean and host was very attentive. Would highly recommend this place! Thanks!

It was a great experience at Zoltan's spacious house, where our racing team members and our friends could have a great time together. The property had many recent upgrades and was picture-perfect. We got a lot more than we hoped for.

The location was good and made for a relatively easy drive to the attractions we visited- Garden of the God's, Seven Bridges, Olympic training center, Manitou Springs. The host was very helpful and even brought a high chair over the same day when I mentioned it would be helpful for our grandson.We had hoped to use the hot tub and it appeared to be functioning well, but lightening prevented us from using it.The kitchen had all the necessary and appropriate equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor area. We also enjoyed using the back yard grill. We found the kitchen fully equipped for our family meals. We definitely recommend this home. We found it convenient to zoo, shopping and pretty much everywhere we went. We will be staying here again when we come back to Colorado Springs.

This was my first ever rental like this, it was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with, checked in. The house was perfect size for our big family reunion. The kids had a blast, didn't want to leave. Everything was fabulous. Thank you.

Property was very spacious and accommodating for the 7 of us. The house is near everything you would need and seemed to be in a safe and nice neighborhood. I think the pictures online looked a bit different from in person but the house was really nice, just a tad old. Communication was great and the amenities were more than plenty!

This was one of my better experiences in a vacation rental property. When we arrived everything was in order and actually clean! (Which has not always been my experience with other places we’ve stayed.) The hosts were great, responsive, and considerate. While we happily had very little need to communicate because everything was going so well, they were quick to respond when we did message them.It’s a great location too, close to plenty of the tourist things we wanted to do! There are restaurants, a theater, and shopping all very close by.The kids loved having a room to themselves where they each got their own bed and, to their utter delight, it had a tv. I’m surprised I was able to get them out of there they were having so much fun. They’ve been asking to go back since we left!Overall we had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely consider staying here again if we’re ever able to come back to the area.
