Just what we needed for a family of seven to spend a weekend together. House had all we needed and the hot tub was a nice perk. Host was very responsive to a few questions that came up. Close to many great attractions in the Colorado Spings area and USAFA.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was the perfect layout for our family and our cadet really enjoyed it. We will definitely look at staying again for the next parents weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious, clean, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Overall a good experience. We had 4 couples. Great kitchen space for cooking and group space to gather late night. Comfortable beds. Renters should note: bedrooms are in lower level and upstairs. If you have limited mobility, consider it because you need to manage your luggage up (or down) stairs. Some check in confusion, but that was a technology glitch with VRBO. Not necessarily the host or ourselves. Cleaning gal showed up a day early - oops. Could have been tragic if someone else had double booked. Hot tub was nice. An electrical incident with the kitchen light. The host did try to get it fixed. But was not able to secure an electrician. we dealt with it. Nice private cul de sac . Parking was easy.

The house is just as shown. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of space, and plenty of restrooms. It was perfect for us five ladies. We each had our own space, and it was nice having so many restrooms. Property manager was quick to reply to any questions. Would stay here again.

Perfect accommodations

The house was as described. We were there to attend a 4 day conference at Charis Bible College, so we basically only slept and showered there, but found the accommodations were great!

Great space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three stories, 4 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms were perfect for what we needed! The cul du sac was a plus because we had a trailer with us and needed the extra parking space. We are planning to book this property again!

Nieces’ Graduation weekend

Perfect location for the family to gather to celebrate our nieces graduation. We each had our own room but loved the common spaces. Many a card game played in the dining area.

Good Stay

This was a spacious, updated, older home in a transitional neighborhood. We were a party of 6, and we all had room to spread out. Only wished that we could have stayed longer be able to make use of the hot tub

Great Stay

The house was spacious, clean, and the hot tub was great. We had a small hiccup at the beginning of our trip when the a/c went out on the hottest day. We got ahold of the property manager who had someone out within 30 minutes and maintaned communication with us about it until she was able to get the unit replaced 2 days later. Location was convenient and within a good distance of things to do and restraunts. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, comfortable home

We really enjoyed staying at this house for a short family reunion. It is very spacious. It was a very nice touch to have robes available for us to use while we relaxed in the very nice hot tub in the back yard. We also appreciated the numerous spices, etc. available for us to use while cooking meals.
