The condo was very clean and well equipped. The bed and furniture all were very comfortable. This was my 5th time staying at Grandbay and this unit is one of my favorites! Can’t wait to return in the Spring! The owners were great to work with and provided everything to make sure our visit was perfect. Property management was also very attentive.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was a 10/10 for us. Plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the ferry and taxis within walking distance. Our host was extremely helpful and kind to give us tips and advice. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location - close to town and easy to get a taxi to the beaches. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were hits with our family after a long day at the beach and hiking. The staff onsite was great and the host’s property management team was nice, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa and awesome location. You can walk to all the bars/restaurants. Villa had everything we needed from coolers to beach chairs. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for a week and very much enjoyed the condo. You cannot beat the location, walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay.

Perfect location. Walking distance/ close to restaurants, shops, taxis and different activities. We found the unit very comfortable and enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony each morning. After spending the day at any of the local beaches, it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit to wash beach towels and anything else you needed to wash. My husband and I have already discussed booking a second trip

Perfect location

This was our first stay right in Cruz Bay and we loved the location. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
