Beach view is unbeatable and located at a surfing break. Small, clean. Perfect for 1 or 2 people prioritizing view and direct beach access. Located at a quieter end of Folly, which was perfect. Downstairs apartment shares stairway, parking and beach access. Easy to navigate it all. Will be back!

great view with easy beach access and an outdoor shower. Parking was very tight the first night, as the unit below us had 2 cars parked in an area probably best served by two cars. Host was very communicative and checkin/out was very easy. Cleaning staff was very on top of their checkout time. They were waiting on the staircase about 15-20 minutes before we needed to be out of the unit. That said, everything was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. You are off the main drag by over a mile so it was very peaceful!

We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect because the beach is more private and is only a quick bike ride to the pier and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Great place for a getaway

Stayed here with my wife and had a great time. It's a great size for two people and has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Extremely run down and grimy. Smelled terrible as soon as we walked in. Very rund down. Stains and holes all over the walls. Kitchen cabinets and appliances very run down. Windows barely functional. Bathroom is very small and smelly and run down. Would absolutely not rent ever again for any price.

The location is a 10, it's at the end of a dead-end road right on the beach. The deck is great 20 feet from the beach. The condo itself is in dis repair, the stairs going up to the door seems to be unsafe and in need of replacement. The unit was clean but is need of a total renovation, the stove does not work, the fridge is rusty both inside and out and the bathroom might be the smallest one I have ever seen. The worst part about our stay was the bed, it's a queen bed that was just terrible for two people to sleep on. We did not get much sleep on it as it was just horrible. We love Folly and try to get there every year, this was our second stay at this condo just because of the location. Unless this condo is updated, we will not be staying again!

Dolphin's Landing, brilliant location

Our stay was wonderful. Had some tv and internet issues but we overlooked that. We didn't miss it because the weather was great.

the property was far enough away from the town part of the beach to give us privacy but close enough to be convenient for shopping and eating

A perfect couples getaway on Folly.

We loved the our time. The view is perfect and parking is easy. The house was clean. If you are a young couple looking for a getaway this is the perfect place.

Cozy beachfront

Small unit overlooking the ocean--perfect for a couple on a getaway trip. Dolphins appeared each day, as scheduled!

This is great for a couple, but definitely needs some updates. Multiple main light bulbs were out and a dirty wash cloth was left behind when we checked in. Cabinets are starting to fall apart and there’s no dishwasher (although they leave dishwasher tabs and tell you to start it when you leave). Everything else was very clean, though. The balcony is everything, as is the views from the entire condo. The bed sounds like it’s breaking everytime you lie down, but must just be something with the mattress or box spring. The outdoor furniture is really nice and the unit is very well air conditioned! I’m sure it’s because of where it is, but the doors are very difficult to shut and practically have to be slammed. There’s only a TV in the living area, and it’s very small, difficult to watch because it’s so far from the seating area, and can be difficult to hear. The bathroom is extremely small and the toilet is the lowest I’ve ever seen. The door handle on the front door is very loose and the back door has pieces falling off of it. The location was great and quiet and we did get to see dolphins a couple of times from the balcony!

Quiet place on the beach

Small beach front condo. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. The only complaint would be that there was only one thin blanket on the bed. Loved the location and the view. Will stay again.
