If you’re there for snowballing it was easy access to the trail and gas station and convenient store

Great Time in White Pine

We had a nice stay, the cottage has lots of amenities and was a very comfortable base camp for our hikes. Very accommodating to our kids and our dog as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Michigan Family Vacation!

Stopped at Lake of the Clouds before heading to Mackinaw Island. Perfect spot for the stop - room for all of us. Great communication with host.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for our travels. We love the U.P. We would stay at this property again. Very comfortable, felt right at home.

Cozy house in quiet neighborhood

We had a relaxing couple of days visiting the attractions in the area. The house offered everything we needed including a safe and welcoming place to have our small dog.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a rental. It was, quite frankly, disgusting. It was incredibly unsanitary, and even had a hole at the top of the stairs.We don't expect perfection, we understand renting a home means there will be some dust, some missed crumbs or hair. But this was to an extent that was just ridiculous. There was toothpaste all over the mirror and sink. There was hair on the sheets. Dust on every surface. There was garbage on the ground from previous guests. There was black mold on the dish mat. The dish rack was dirty. There was built-up dust and dog hair in each and every corner. There was a missed garbage can in the laundry room (not a huge deal, just adds to the overall gross feeling). The home is also in disrepair. There was a hole in the flooring at the top of the stairs. With a child, I did not feel safe letting him go up there. The house is falling apart, but we could have looked over all of that if it didn't involve a risk of my child's foot getting splinters. We ended up going to a hotel instead, and although we are out way too much money, we felt much better about our decision. Do not stay here! Find a motel, bring a tent. It will be much more worth your money. And definitely cleaner.

We needed a place to gear-up for our week in the Porkies while also charging up our EV. This cozy cottage did the trick just fine. Thanks!

Weekend Getaway

Stayed here for an extended weekend to make jam with my parents. House was fully stocked with everything you could need!! Loved the "doggy" bag that they left!! Hoping to return again!!!

Location, Location, Location

This home is located in an amazing spot. The neighborhood is very nice with friendly people everywhere. It is a short drive to many of the best waterfalls and of course, the Porcupine Mountains. Well maintained and stocked. A very pleasant stay and would return for our next Eastern U.P, stay.
