Heather was great! The place was clean and spacious, perfect location to Walloon lake. (You gotta try the Icebox Brand German Chocolate cake ice cream at the general store if you love ice cream too!)

Check in was easy and directions were easy to follow. It was the perfect spot for us to sit and relax after each day of our weekend vacation exploring the area. Perfectly settled in between Traverse City and Mackinaw and just a few minutes from Petoskey. So plenty to do. Heather was very responsive to questions we had and the property had all the basics needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves.

The location rates a 10 ! 30 to 60 minutes from a lot of tourist locations. The city of Walloon is family friendly.

Quiet and Serene

It was a beautiful space and very cozy for two. We had a great anniversary weekend. It was well stocked with everything you might need and there were helpful notes throughout the apartment. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect for a getaway

The property manager always answered immediately if I had a question, the apartment was adorable, and stocked with the essentials. This was our first time using vrbo and it was a very positive experience. Couldn't be happier!

Quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment

Met our needs. Nice location and clean. Wish the couch had a pullout sofa bed and handheld shower head would be nice.

Getting to know people & reading are my favorite hobbies. My husband and I really enjoy Northern Michigan and it’s wonderful walking trails in the summer( a.k.a. snowshoeing trails in the winter). We have five children that love to swim, ski and keep us hopping. Our favorite restaurant is The Barrel Back found in Walloon Lake Village. It sits above the lake so you can watch the boats or snowmobilers come in depending on the season. I enjoy hosting the rental and hope that guests will find everything they need at the apartment and have a pleasant stay.
