The house is beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. We had a girls weekend with 7 and we had plenty of room !The house is a quick and easy walk to the beach. Centrally located and you can walk to the shops or rent a bike and ride to Seaside.The home is beautifully decorated and feels warm and inviting and exceptionally clean.The host was very detailed with a check-in and check out process.When I am in Santa Rosa again, I would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Amazing Beach House!!

Beach nest property

Nice place

Very nice place for family vacation. My family and I really enjoyed it. This place place made us feel like home away from home. The host was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely spot, close to everything

Michelle was a great host. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay! Super easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Great House

My group and I had the best time staying at this house! It was a short walk to the beach, clean, and very nice. The owner was great at communicating as well. It was such a perfect trip and we enjoyed our time staying there!

Perfect Trip!

The property was amazing…great location, very clean, and spacious! Property manager was wonderful at communicating and always gave a prompt response if I had a question. If you are looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend!

Everyone got their own bed and there was enough space in the common area for everyone to spend time together! The host was very responsive and helpful!

Our favorite vacation destination has always been the Emerald Coast. We love the gorgeous beaches - emerald, green water and white, sugary sand. We found a spot along 30A that offers easy access to these beautiful beaches in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood that's also convenient to restaurants and shops. We enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise to our guests.

Our neighborhood is called Beach Nest. It's a small neighborhood of only 9 homes, tucked away about a block of two away from 30A. We are a short 5 minute walk from a very large public beach access that has plenty of room on the beach for everyone and includes restrooms, outdoor showers, picnic tables, and lifeguards on duty during peak season. We chose this location because the neighborhood is peaceful but still close and walkable to everything.
