Owners are so friendly and responsive and the home is located very conveniently for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. This is such a great place to stay and we will be back.

Lovely quaint little place within walking distance to downtown and short drive to beach. Everything was as advertised and owner goes the extra mile with thoughtful extras like toiletries and coffee supplies. Comfy living room and spacious dining area. It comes with the character you'd expect for an older bungalow home. Very clean and spacious. We would visit again!

Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location to the historic Wilmington riverwalk! The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for me and my sister - stocked with all the necessities, including some waters and snacks. Curt was a fantastic host, communicating clearly and promptly before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend.

It was a lovely place close to downtown and river walk. Large and spacious My only wish would be that the ancient tub be replaced with a shower stall. It would be easier to get in and out, especially for seniors.

Hosts were fabulous, great communication and so helpful when I made a dumb mistake. This first floor duplex is cute as a button, very comfortable, clean, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. Very convenient to historic downtown and restaurants. Info packet was packed with great ideas, and had QR codes

Fun in Wilmington

Great time. We visited the local beaches. Had a great time visiting the River Walk and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Very convenient and walking distance to the Riverwalk. Curt and Ada provided information on restaurants and activities. They even left snacks that were appreciated!

Wonderful House

Beautiful decor, incredible location, very clean and quiet. We celebrated Easter morning here. Loved the porch swing. It was everything we were looking for!

Amazing place with easy walkabilty!

We loved staying here! The home was so charming and on an equally charming street filled with historic homes and easy parking. Great central location that’s walkable to the riverfront but make sure to read the manual because it has lots of other places to check out! Because of it we explored the castle district, the Venus fly trap “hike” as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. So helpful in making the best of our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Spring Stay!

My teen daughter and her friend and I enjoyed our two-night stay. Beautiful property, easy parking, easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Was surprised there were no plates, but that was minor. Beautiful historic home with great amenities.

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed, hands down!!! Allowing an early check, I was overjoyed. The pictures in this listing were appealing but walking in , it was even better than I expected. Communications with Curt and Ada was excellent. The charm of this house was amazing. The attention to detail they added so much more convenience. They take excellent care of their home and we cherished every moment. Location is perfect as you are walking distance to most anything in Wilmington. My husband and I cannot wait to return here! Exceeded all expectations, and we cannot thank you enough.

great location

We were greeted with a wonderful basket of snacks and water in the refrig. Mini toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. Very clean and comfortable. The house was in walking distance to many restaurants and night life. We felt safe walking back late night. Without question would stay again.
