Creek view beach house on Pawleys Island. Located on the north end, the beach is an easy walk away. Charming two-story raised home boasts spectacular saltmarsh creek view from the front porch plus a private fenced courtyard and garden with covered furnished patio and grill. 

The common areas on the top floor provides an open-concept layout and powder room. The creek side porch comes with rockers and rarely fails to provide memorable sunset serenades. The master suite, also on the top floor, has a smart TV and enjoys easy access to the back deck boasting Adirondack chairs and the shush of the ocean surf.

A TV den is located on the first floor at the main entrance. Also on this floor are three bedrooms, including a bunk room with TV, as well as two full baths, washer/dryer and second back deck area.

Internal and external stairwells plus the elevator provide convenient transit between floors. Guests also love the outdoor shower, covered parking and close proximity to one of several island boat launches.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daytime hours and must be leashed.

DISCLOSURES: Two doorbell ring cameras to monitor king tide levels - one on north front corner faces the road, the other above outdoor utility room faces driveway/parking area. This home has a creek view but no creek dock.
