Not for us

While the property was full of amenities (kitchen appliances, games, beach stuff), the unit was sandy, the countertops were left ‘sticky’, the master platform bed was held up by two flimsy ‘rolls of slats’ that continually slipped off with ANY movement or pressure, leading to many sleepless nights.

Close to beach

Stayed with 3 young children. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and easy access given the first floor location. We brought laundry and dish detergent which was helpful. We could have used a little more TP and an extra trash bag so I’d pack accordingly. The place includes beach towels, some chairs and boogie boards, games, books, and some sand pails and shovels. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would recommend.

Wonderful

The property was very clean and was well equipped for the beach. Location was great. You were able to walk to the beach within a minute. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Fully stocked, cute & clean

My husband & son (19 months) enjoyed our brief stay. Easy access to parking and the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for with a lot to lug down for a beach day. If you forgot to pack a beach chair or toys, you’re in luck because there are plenty on site. Plenty of towels for both showers & beach. Would be perfect for a family with more kids.

Great location and condo but poor communication.

Condo was very clean. We’ll equipped. Great beach and location. Communication with management company was poor and at times non existent. We were locked out due to battery failure in lockbox and unable to reach anyone to help us get in. We received a text 8 hours later about the battery being low and no response ever to the fact we were locked out. I do not blame the owner. It was poor management. I would recommend staying at this condo but leave a door unlocked so you don’t have the same experience.

Family vacation

Beach was very nice condo was just as described, only issue was office closes right at check had to go to VRBO office to get parking pass.. AC was on 80 when walking in. But condo had games for the family, beach toys/chairs and plenty of towels.

Worth it!

The condo had plenty of space for my family with many sleeping options. The owners had everything you needed for a fun beach visit. The first floor right at the beach entrance was great. Worth the price I would highly recommend. I just have one comment I tried on three separate occasions to obtain a parking pass from the on site management team and there was never anyone in the office even during listed business hours. My vehicle was not towed but a better parking pass solution is needed.

Perfect Beach Gem

This place was beyond what we expected. The closets are packed full of beach items, games, and books. My husband and I brought our daughters and their friends (15 and 16 year olds) and not one of us was bored for a single minute. We spent our days at the beach and evenings in Old Town St. Augustine. When we got back, we played board games and laughed in a very clean, cool, and relaxing environment. Thank you for making our vacation really special. We will be back!

Beach Getaway

Great location to local shops, restaurants and the old city. Condo is ground level easy access to pool and beach just no ocean view from condo. Lots of beach accessories bonus they had corn hole boards! A fun surprise! Kitchen could use some decluttering. We would stay again!

Spring Break 2023

Great property and location. Everything you need for a get-away. Close to attractions but far enough away to not have to deal with tourist traffic. If any complaint, it would be the master bedroom bed. Definitely not good for those who have minor to severe back/hip issues. Made the mornings rough for us but everything else was great!

Clean, family friendly and quiet ocean front condo

We had a wonderful time at our beach front condo get away. Perfect corner, f ground level condo just steps from pool and ocean. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning and the pool in the afternoons. Everyone is so friendly and place was clean with so much thought put into things to help the stay easy and enjoyable for families. Definitely will come back

Everything you could possibly need and want!

This place is amazing! It was so clean and had everything you could possibly want or need. They had so many games for kids and adults. They left out dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry soap, and even had the towels folded really nice and neat on the beds. They have several closets full of beach toys, rafts, chairs, towels, even toiletries. This is our new favorite place to visit! The beach and pool were fantastic as well. My only suggestion to the owners is to add at least 1 more BBW wallflower (the bathrooms smelled like smoke) and see if you can do something about the lumpy mattresses.

100% rent this condo again!

We loved our rental. It was beautiful and comfortably held us family of 5. We loved the beach theme. Everything we needed was there. We loved the note from the owners giving us tips on where to eat and things to do. The beds were comfortable. Loved that the beach was in our backyard. We did not want to leave. If we ever come back to St. Augustine, this is where we will be staying.

Best handicap beach access

The beach access was great! No stairs. Does take a little bit of work to get wheelchair from end of the ramp onto the sand, but it was great! We’ve stayed at many places and this beach access is , by far, the best for wheelchair access

Family Vacation

We enjoyed this condo and the fact that it is next to board walk and close to pool and beach made it so easy. We will definitely being staying here again. We did have a plumbing problem when we arrived but the manager got a plumber on it and got it repaired so impressed with everything.

Paradise

Such a truly lovely escape. This home is tremendous. It completely lives up to the photos. Super clean, with very thoughtful decor and vibe. When you are cooking breakfast you can catch a glimpse of the sunrises out of the ocean and over the dunes. Both sliding door patios are a great place to take in nature and spend the early mornings and evenings and both provide access just steps away to the pool and beach. The 2nd room with the Bunks is actually it's own suite, you can close a door and the bedroom then has private access between the bedroom and full bath. The location provided a peaceful beach escape vacation feel, and yet we were easily able to go into the historic town for adventures. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautifully decorated condo with almost everything needed.

It is located about ten minutes from downtown St. Augustine, so we were out of the noise, hustle and bustle. The beach was beautiful, large, and clean, but we couldn't see it from the 1st floor condo because of the dunes. The pool was well maintained. The beach access that was supposed to be mere steps away was torn down and under construction. We were not informed of this. We had to carry our beach things across the complex, through a gate, and across the parking lot of a public access beach to reach a boardwalk. The new access should be ready by May, 2022, so this won't be a future issue. The ice maker wasn't hooked up, so we had to fill and empty ice trays the entire two weeks. There was plenty of hot water. There are three TVs in the condo and the one in the living room is enormous. A king-size bed was installed before we arrived. I thought this would be great, but it wasn't. My husband had to crawl out at the bottom of the bed every time he got up in the night, because it was too tight against the wall. The one time he tried, he nearly knocked a painting off the wall. The mattress was way too soft. I kept waking in the night with back, hip, and knee pain. It was like sleeping in a hole. I only weigh 120 lbs., so I'd hate to know how a heavier person fared. We stayed in a hotel on the way home and the mattress was firmer. I had no pain and a good nights sleep. I strongly recommend they replace the mattress. The next problem was parking. During a two-week stay, we were able to park near our unit only three times. We had to park at the front and walk to the back of the complex the rest of the time. This could be a problem for older people with mobility issues. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The decor was beautiful and pleasing.

We stayed for 5 nights during spring break. Property was easy to find and located steps from a beautiful beach. This is a first floor condo with limited visibility of ocean due to dunes but still very nice. Inside was clean and well decorated and equipped. Many little details were well thought out to create comfort for us(soap, paper towels, beach chairs and toys,etc..). Master bath is tiny but does the job. Master bed was a bit too soft and low for our liking but was ok.

Nice accommodations in excellent condition- comfortable and well equipped.

We enjoyed our location.. a beautiful beach .. easy walk .. close proximity to all St Augustine has to offer .. great restaurants nearby .. we were please to come back at the end of our exploring to this cozy condominium.. we were 2 senior couples so we each had our own bedroom and nearby bath .. perfect for our visit
