New listing! This is our former primary home that we renovated and decorated with love. Every room has comfortable high end furnishings. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with Smart TVs, a dining room, and a huge fully fenced in yard. There is central air conditioning as well as a generator should the power ever go out. Directly out the back yard there is a path through the conservation area that leads to a beautiful lookout of Forest Beach and the marsh. Forest Beach is an easy 7-10 minute walk. The Rail Trail bike path is a quick bike ride across route 28. Downtown Chatham and Harwichport are about 10 minutes by car.

Relaxing End of Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Chatham at this house near the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was great for our dog. Daily morning walks to the conservation land and the beach were a favorite as well as afternoons at Forest Beach. The host was fantastic and stayed in contact before we arrived until after for any question or item we needed. One of the best experiences with a host we have had. We love visiting Chatham and will be looking for a return visit here.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) stayed in this house. We also shared part of the time with friends. This house and location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach, comfortable furniture and enough room to give everyone some space. The backyard and deck were lovely and our dogs had room to play while we used the grill and hung out. Thank you Meg for sharing your home. We made some wonderful new memories. We won't hesitate to stay again!

Perfect Christmas at the Cape

From the listing accuracy to the flexibility, responsiveness and friendliness of the host, we could not have asked for a more perfect stay! This cottage is so adorable and the neighborhood is simply breathtaking with just a short walk to the beach. This house and host exceeded our expectations!!
