No Pets Allowed. A gracious Park Hill home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub and secluded gardens. From the moment you enclose yourself in the lovely surroundings you feel the special element of this home. The front enclosed garden greets and then entices you to sit, savor a cup of tea and the beautiful garden. The hot tub is nestled in a back yard gazebo for your enjoyment. Once inside the ambiance is unmistakabley influenced by the sea. A cozy fireplace, warms an accommodating living room with a full kitchen nearby. All three bedooms are beautifully decorated and have private garden views. Throughout this special home there are touches to remind you of the special gift that mother nature bestowed on Cambria. Just a short walk to Shamel Park and the magnificent Cambria ocean, a wonderful place to sequester yourself from the discordance of everyday life. 'A Gift from the Sea' will nurture your spirit and soothe your body, urging return voyages. Children are welcome, sorry no pets. For those who smoke, please do so outside only.Single level, short walk to East West ranch trails and beach, enclosed yard and patio, outdoor spa, wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, washer / dryer. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gift From The Sea rental location was perfect....hiking in Preserve and beach park were both within walking distance. Also the rental is close to town making quick access for all our needs. The home was spotless and offered plenty of extra space towels and sleeping pillow choices. Very quiet and relaxing areas in front and back yards.

Has a very nice patio in front and small one in rear. Bar b que old and dirty, didn’t work. We have been coming to Cambria for over 20 years for family reunion. We go through Scenic Coast Realty for the rentals and have had Outstanding Service every time.

Daughter’s Wedding

Everything was well stocked. The yards were very pretty and relaxing! Very homey and comfortable! Very quite neighborhood. Would definitely return to stay again!

Great location for this cute home. Loved the access to the Fiscalini Preserve. The home worked well for 3 generations, and the hot-tub was an added bonus. This is an older property, but it had everything we needed

Great location

We liked that the home is located close to trails for walking and bike riding. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The only negative is that the hot tub didn't get as warm as we would have liked.

It has become our happy go-to for our annual get-together. It's clean, bright, airy, quiet and serene. The front and rear garden areas are delightful - and lovely! There's a nature walk just across the road, plus the neighborhood is great to walk in. We absolutely love it!

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this lovely house before but two things have gone down hill. 1) Hot tub was so dirty it was unusable. 2) AC was not functioning.The house was very clean and we would stay here again, assuming the broken AC and dirty hot tub were taken care of.

Great Girls Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 5 women were looking for a get away and found this house on Vrbo. It truly was "A Gift from the Sea". Plenty of space for all of us. Lovely patios and even their neighbors were friendly. They had a brand new BBQ too. We didn't end up using the spa. To make it perfect, it would be nice if the living room furniture was replaced or at least bolstered up. A few of the beds could be replaced as well. But overall we would stay there again. Easy check in/out at the management company too.

Ladies get away

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property though old was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We arrived on Saturday so no one to call. This one of the reasons we selected this location. We did call left a message, returned on Monday. Sent the handyman out he was unable to fix the issue . We left on Tuesday.

Cozy and complete!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveling with a 2 year old we sought a 1-level home near Shamel Park snd the beach! We loved A Gift from the Sea! The front and back fenced areas were perfect with the little one. The hot tub a nice plus! Lovely flowers attracted hummingbirds and lizards! Both delightful! The kitchen has everything you need with generous extras. Three bedrooms and two baths very comfortable. With Fiscalini trails and views across the street location provided added appeal. We rode our bikes to moonstone beach, but needed a lift back up because of the steep hill. No problem! The rental company was very responsive with questions.

Beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Cambria. The weather was picture perfect, the home had everything we needed and more! Loved being near the beach and the challenge of hiking up the hill. We will definitely be back !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, large house near Cambria and Moonstone Beach. We loved the location - the entrance to Fiscalini Ranch is literally opposite the house and it’s also within walking distance to the beach. The house itself has a large living area, 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen and lovely outdoor space. The hot tub, off-street parking and laundry were also great additions. We will absolutely return in the future!
