San Diego is a GREAT place to vacation. The Beach has so much to offer families looking to escape the heat or for a STAY-VACAY! If you like to cook or grill with an ocean view then you will love our place. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the beach and that includes our neighbors. Please respect our No LOUD parties allowed policy. Thank you

This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located on one of the best courts in Mission Beach. The condo is 2 houses away from the ocean and offers all the conveniences that you will need to make your vacation stay a great one! There is a fully furnished custom kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinets with a full length bar, that has seating for 4. There is also a farm style kitchen table with seating for 6. If you want to relax and watch TV... we have a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart tv! Free On Demand and other premium channels. If you have a Netflix or Amazon account, you can continue to watch your shows while on vacation. High speed WI-FI is also there in case you need to keep in touch with the office or google things to do in San Diego. We have ceiling fans throughout, comfortable leather couches, and outside seating with a gorgeous ocean view.

The ocean view deck has a gas BBQ and Bistro seating for 4. There is a 2 car garage with garage door opener, and a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are boogie boards, beach umbrellas, LOTS of sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.

Sleeping accommodations are a brand new King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed with a brand new full bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. A hide-away mat is available making sleeping for up to 8 people comfortable. Come and stay in this light and bright newly remodeled beautiful beach condo.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don't forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.

If you need more space we also have a two bedroom unit downstairs, VRBO # 268822. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.

Fabulous home

My family and I spent 4 days at this adorable house. The location is great- food, beach, entertainment are all within walking distance. The host was an excellent communicator which always makes a stay more pleasant. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We plan to book again.

Lovely Location

Having the ability to step on to the deck and see and hear the ocean was the best part of this property. Also, we were in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Belmont Park!

Family trip

Perfect beach house for our family of 6 PLUS 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms allowed the 2 adult couples to have their own bedrooms and the 4 children were able to use the room with a twin over full bunk and a nice thick foam fold up mat. The location is just perfect to easily walk to the beach, Mission Bay/MB Park, Belmont Park, and a variety of very good (and varied) restaurants. We enjoyed all the beach toys and made use of the washer/dryer nearly every day. Would most definitely return here if we find ourselves in San Diego again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved this rental! I grew up vacationing on Mission Beach and I just love how close so many great restaurants and grocery stores there are. This location is perfect and it's SO close to the beach.

Fun Family Stay!

Property is in the perfect location: a short walk to beach, to restaurants, to Belmont Park….so many fun things to do just within immediate area of property. The condo is well-maintained and clean…and Angela is top-notch! We would highly recommend!!

Great stay at Mission Beach. Located just a few steps to the boardwalk north of Belmont. Facilites were clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great.

Great location

Property was in great shape and closer to the market areas, MB boardwalk is like a minute walk, house provided beach chairs, boogie board, kids toys, board games, all kitchen supplies, etc, overall it's a nice place to stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay on Jersey Ct in Mission Beach. The property was clean and well stocked. Angela was very responsive when I had questions. The location was amazing- right off the beach and boardwalk. It was close to many restaurants and Belmont Park. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

We had such a relaxing time. Fiance and I mainly stayed in. Teens had so much to do just blocks away. Beach was only a few steps. Loved the location and owners were accessible and replied promptly. I guess I’m rejuvenated enough to head back to work Wednesday! Thank you to the Bungers!!!

Awesome location

We had such a wonderful time at Angela’s place. The location was outstanding. It was off the boardwalk enough to be quiet and close enough to the boardwalk to be there in 30 seconds. We watched the sunsets from the deck and then walked up the boardwalk for delicious sushi. Angela was easy to get in touch with if need be and super communicative throughout the process. We look forward to cooking Angela’s place again!

Both my husband and I have been coming to San Diego since we were little. We married 37 years ago and wanted to create the same great memories with our children. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and thought it was about time that we should buy a home in San Diego and make it our getaway. Our children are now 37, 33 and 30, and we still try and go as often as we can.
