Our charming 2- bedroom, 1- bath, beach condo sits in the heart of Mission Beach, just steps to the boardwalk and beach.
Our condo comes complete with everything you should need for your stay! Forget packing your beach gear - we have you covered with bodyboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, & sand toys. Unwinding on our spacious patio is perfect for your morning coffee, enjoying meals, or to simply watch the world pass by.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped and in addition, we have a propane grill for you to use. The unit has ceiling fans in each room, which helps to stay cool in the summer season. For entertainment we have smart TVs with cable and high-speed WIFI are all at your disposal. No need to drive around to find parking, this unit has its own covered tandem carport that provides parking for two standard SUV's.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart tv and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a spacious closet, while the living room offers a queen size pull-out sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guest.

This unit truly is in a PRIME LOCATION! We are walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores. If your family wants to visit SeaWorld, it's just a 7 minute drive and the San Diego Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. Venture further to explore Little Italy's farmers market, Coronado, Gaslamp District, Old Town, La Jolla, Garnet Avenue shops, or Fashion Valley Mall.

Need more space? We also have a 3- bedroom unit upstairs ( VRBO #267598). Renting both units is ideal for family reunions or large groups seeking togetherness with a touch of privacy.

Great location

Loved our stay in Mission Beach this year. Perfect for our family. Steps from the beach and only a few blocks from Belmont (but not too close, so you can’t hear the action). A block from coffee shop and convenience store. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Big patio you can see the ocean from. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for our family

We had a great overall experience from the time we booked until when we checked out. Angela was very quick to respond to texts and very helpful with check-in process. The home was very well furnished for all of our needs from the bedrooms to the kitchen. The home is steps from the beach and very easy to access. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Family beach time

The only reason I gave the check in process like 3 stars because getting our keys was difficult and not there when we arrived and the code wasn't correct. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. You can't ask for a better location to the beach.

October on mission bay

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The location was excellent. It was amazing to wake up or watch sunset just 40 or so steps to the beach. The place was perfect for our family of two adults and one child. The only reason I have four stars for cleanliness was just because of some dust under the beds and in the blinds/ceiling fans. Sand was inevitable because you are so close to the beach. Amenities were amazing and Angela, the owner was very responsive and quick to fix a small problem when we were there. Make sure if you rent a car that it is small as parking in mission beach is very tight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spring break trip

We stayed 4 nights in the lower unit. It was as expected for the price we paid. Well stocked with dishes and beach toys and basic seasoning and kitchen needs. You can hear the people upstairs but it didn’t bother us. Parking is tight, we have a Honda pilot and had to pull close to the wall and get out on one side. (Probably tough for elderly or larger people). The location is what really makes the place. A couple of steps to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to Belmont Park. Angela was very responsive with any questions.

Wonderful Beach House Getaway!

My family and I stayed at Angela's property for a week and had a fantastic time! This was the first vacation that we have taken since January 2020 and we brought young adult sons with us. We felt right at home in her beautiful place! We spent a lot of time on the large patio and the beach and loved being two homes down from Mission Beach and the boardwalk! The most gorgeous sunsets there!! Pacific Beach and all it's restaurants and shops are only a mile walk away which was awesome! Enjoyed Firehouse, The Olive, The Fishery, Ambrogio15, World Famous and Brigantine Point Loma (THE best meal of the week). The trolley that begins in Old Town and Coyote Cafe for a great meal after is a must! Angela is a dream to work with and she makes you want to remain friends with her even when you are leaving! Would definitely stay again!

Family of 5 who loves to walk

Angela absolutely thought of everything for your stay. We arrived in a mid-size SUV that barely fit the parking spot assigned for the unit. Thankfully, no one was renting the upstairs units so we kindly asked to use the garage that is suppose to be for the upstairs renters and she responded quickly with, "Of course :)". The home has a great layout that is perfect for our family of five. No dining table in the house but enough bar stools to eat breakfast before you start adventuring around San Diego. LEGOLAND was 30 mins away and Little Italy was 15mins away. Belmont Park is walking distance and Starbucks is across from Belmont Park. When I say Angela thought of everything I really meant everything. Having a 3 year old I worry that she will wet the bed. I brought bed liners just in case and realized Angela already had some on the bed. In the garage there was tons a sand toys and beach chairs for the beach that was only 3 house away. When you decide to rent this place, which I highly recommend. The only real thing I recommend is buy ice before you arrive. No water or ice dispenser in the fridge. Thank you Angela. You were a great host.

Clean and very close to beach

Angela’s beach house was great! Very clean and many things updated in the home. My wife and I stayed with our three grown kids. We’ll probably stay in the larger upstairs portion of the house next time. Downstairs is ideal if you have younger children. Angela gives you many great suggestions for places to eat as well as resources for activities. She is also quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks Angela! Next time we head to the beach we’ll be booking with you.

Perfect little Vrbo close to the beach!

Or Vrbo was perfect for my husband, myself, and my 5 year old granddaughter. It was nice and clean and just steps from the beach. The weather was not the best but we spent a lot of time going to the wonderful park just down the road and visiting Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again!

San Diego Getaway

The location was fantastic and the host was awesome! All in all we were very happy with the rental. It had everything we needed for the week, including great beach toys, chairs and towels. Host also provided great recommendations for local food!

Another great experience

Our second time at this property and another great experience. This home is perfect for our family and has everything we need for long trips to the beach. It helps to be so well stocked that we don't have to bring as much from home. Always great communication with the owner. We look forward to planning our next trip here sooner than later.

Steps to the beach

The unit is just steps from the beach! It is clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. BONUS-ceiling fans in all rooms for the hot summer days. Plenty of beach chairs, board and toys. Angela is quick to respond with any requests. Thanks!

Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation! This home was a perfect place for us to stay during our time in San Diego It was few steps to the boardwalk and beach. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Angela was great to work with and we truly appreciated how responsive she was. We've stayed in several homes in San Diego and this one did not disappoint. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Location

Check-in process was smooth and great communication with the owner. Great location. My kids said "only 90 steps to the beach." Walk to mission bay is easy so made it doable to carry our paddleboards to the bay. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Parking spot was a bit tight for our Tahoe but wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

Great value, Great host

The property is in a prime location and very reasonably priced. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The host definitely deserves five stars as she responded immediately to any inquiry and provided all the information needed for a pleasant and hassle free vacation.

Thanksgiving getaway

From the start, the property owner communicated well and provided us with detail instructions on how to checkin, amenities offered, and great suggestions for places to eat and local activities. The location is prime! You can hear the waves from the patio and even see the sunset. The only small negative is if there are guests in the upper unit you hear every footstep and chair move.

Easy wonderful stay

Great stay. Easy access to property and all surrounding activities. Property was as described. Perfect for our family of small children. Quick walk to beach! Nice having laundry to use. No issues at all. Would stay again for sure.

Both my husband and I have been coming to San Diego since we were little. We have been married for 38 years and have 3 children. We wanted to create the same great memories with our children as we had. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and thought it was about time that we should buy a home and make it our getaway. Our children are now 38, 35 and 31, and we still try and go as often as we can.
I manage the property myself and what I enjoy most about hosting is, that I'm able to speak to the guest and I absolutely love that families come back year after year.
