The host was very welcoming. She responded promptly to a couple of questions that i had. The unit was nicely decorated and extremely clean. We hadceverything we needed, including a beautiful view!

The unit is quiet and has a great view. It was not cleaned when we arrived at check in but the host quickly rectified the issue.

Condo was as is pictured. Great location - convenient access. The front desk and staff were so polite and pleasant. If you do plan on cooking review what is stocked in the kitchen. We had to adjust a bit what we were wanting to cook based off of pots and pans available. There are community laundry facilities available- quarters can be gotten from front desk. We would definitely consider staying again! It was hard coming home to freezing temps and rain. Host was super nice and responsive to messages.

The unit was as described, the views were great, check in was easy and the host was responsive. We did not like the sofa/pullout in the living room as there was not much back support. The location was just where we wanted to be

We had the best stay! The listing was exactly as expected. People who work at the building were lovely and kind. The most beautiful sunrises and walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot (Toni&Joes) and plenty of other great restaurants! We will be back!

Excellent location, plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, and more within 5 minute drive. right on the ocean plus 2 pools. furnishing could use some updates but all clean. Handle on frig was partially broken.

we had a really nice ocean view; the place was clean and neat. The pool(s) were excellent (upper pool seemed to be the adult pool - nice!)

NSB Getaway

Nicole was wonderful to communicate with. Property location on the beach, close to the main shopping and restaurants all in walking distance.Our only disappointment was the sofa/sleeper was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Long Awaited Beach Vacation

Great property and condo. The location was fantastic and hardly ever needed the car. Pools were never crowded and the room has everything you need. And of course you can't beat New Smyrna weather.

We Keep Coming Back

Another amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach! This is the only vacation rental that we keep returning to. The condo is situated perfectly on the beach and within walking distance of the fun on Flager. Both pools were open this year, which was a bonus. The condo is stocked with everything you need for your stay and is super clean. We took advantage of the bbq on the property this year. Nicole is a wonderful host to deal with and a big reason we keep coming back. We're looking forward to our stay next year!

We loved staying here! It’s the perfect get-away spot, with lots to do close to the water. Very well stocked with everything you might need.

Great beach side condo!

The property owner was incredibly responsive, made the check in and check out process so easy! The property management was friendly and informative and the condo was such a perfect location & so cute! Would definitely recommend!

Balcony chairs are high chairs with no table to set a drink on low chairs are not there, owner said they must have been taken. Great view of the beach and ocean just can’t seat out there to enjoy it
