Incredible view and location

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Ocean front view with fireworks on the balcony was a plus!!! Will definitely stay again and again.

Walking distance to Restaurants/Shops

A perfect location on New Smyrna Beach! Just a short beach walk to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were great to work with to ensure our stay was excellent.

Condo is in a great location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The views are fantastic, you're on the 4th floor so the views are unobstructed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view!

We loved this condo! The views are amazing, the best on the beach...from the 4th floor you get the unobstructed view of the sunrise over the ocean. The condo itself was great for us and clean! We will definitely stay here again!

Good short Beach vacation

Our unit had a beautiful ocean side view. The interior however needs to be updated.

We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and everything about the condo and surrounding area. We have updated the floors in the bedroom and will update the kitchen and bath in the future. We still have some life in them and that is helping us in keeping the price down for our customers. Currently the prices are $250 a night for a one bedroom, $350/night for 2 bedroom in the rest of the building and the units are still not updated and you are not guaranteed Direct Oceanfront Views. At least here your guaranteed a nice clean condo with amazing Direct Oceanfront Views for around $100 a night. We look forward to having you stay at our vacation condo in the near future. Great little condo. Love, love the location and all of the amenities. The poolS, the different areas to relax and sunbathe. We enjoyed every aspect of Coconut Palms ll.
