Location, location beautiful sunrise

4th floor corner condo. Can see clear to space center and watch the rockets go up. Has everything you need for your stay. Just wish it had a king bed.

Oceanfront

Took my girlfriend here for a few days to enjoy the beach. Condo was clean, check in and out was quick and easy. Owners were always quick to respond. If we go back to NSB, we will try to stay here again.

Owner was wonderful

Overall I enjoyed this location. The owner communicated very well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a storm just came through and the elevator and AC was not working. However the condo stayed very comfortable with a window unit AC. Also this is a great location and very clean.

Peaceful quick trip to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful to keep up with us even though there was an issue with the air conditioner. They provided a solution very quickly.

Great Location and Hosts

We enjoyed our stay. They are going through some remodeling, so only one elevator was working. Also, the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working. But, our host made us aware prior to us arriving and they installed portable AC. which made it very comfortable in the bedroom, and bearable in the rest of the condo. Great location as it is walking distance to flagler ave. We would definitely stay at this property again. The front desk people are a little less than friendly.

Expectations Not Met

Needs attention. Edges of bathroom door filthy. Corner tub and wall not clean. Kitchen: sink stopper gross. Cooking utensils not up to par. Not enough water pressure. The good: clean, fluffy bath towels. Great mattress and pillows. Nice clean sheets. Man's sock left in dresser drawer. Gross.

Incredible view and location

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Ocean front view with fireworks on the balcony was a plus!!! Will definitely stay again and again.

Long Overdue Family Christmas

I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. The condo itself was a bit dated and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfy, but the view was best! We will be back soon! The hosts were very communicative and we appreciated that they checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. This one’s a keeper.

Our Week at Coconut Palms II

We loved the view from the balcony. Living room and bedroom were great. Kitchen was rather small with very little counter space. The large pool was under repair and the heated pool was not heated. Great access to the beach.

Short Beach Get Away

My wife and I had a 2 night get away, This condo had a perfect beach location close to restaurants and shops. The building is undergoing a major renovation and I would love to return when the renovation is completed.

What a View

This condo had an exceptional view of the ocean. Access to the beach and pools were easy. Walking distance to shops and downtown. Everything was at our fingertips. Definitely recommend taking your family here. We will be coming back in years to come.

Amazing View!

Loved this rental- wonderful communication from the owner. The building is being renovated and the elevator wasn’t working, which wasn’t great. But the owner forewarned us so we knew what to expect. The view from the 4th floor was amazing and because of the renovations, most of the building was empty, so it was like a private oasis at the pool with hardly anyone there. Great owner and highly recommend.

Do not believe the owner

Was told there was a bit of water damage on one side of the building from the hurricane but otherwise it's all open. Day of I get a call and he now says a little more such as "be careful walking through the lobby." Truth: We were the ONLY people, as far as we could tell, occupying a place within 3 buildings. Zero security. Front doors wide open. Unit doors wide open because they were all flooded! Giant fans running everywhere with huge vents running out the windows and down the side of the building. Couldn't have been more unsafe. Had the owner been honest we would have had time to find another place. And the place needs some serious updating. It is the most out of date unit in the entire place. We know too because all the doors were open!
