This was a great location and had lots of room for our family of nine. The pool was a great place to hang out and relax after fishing. Our family enjoyed our stay and would go back. Lots of room to spread out.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend our vacation! The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and so much more. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. It felt like our home away from home! We made wonderful memories and honestly hated to leave. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our family had the best stay! The teenagers loved the roof lounge chairs and the kitchen couldn’t get the younger ones out of the pool and hot tub and my favorite part was the tiki area.The house was clean, had thoughtful touches, and had everything we could need. The dock was awesome and the canal was clean and close to the gulf. Craig was awesome to communicate with and we really can’t wait to go back. Craig was

This is a tropical paradise with a Publix grocery store one mile away. There are numerous excellent restaurants within minutes if you ever wanted to leave the property. However, you likely won't want to ever leave ... ever.

Great place for a family vacation!

We had a great experiance at this property. It is the best maintained place that I've stayed at in 20 years and the owner responded instantly to the one minor issue that we had. Highly recommend this property for a great fishing or lobstering vacation.

Family reunion

We had a great stay at beautiful home. The pool was beautiful and fun. The location was very convenient to attractions and all other needs.The owner was very attentive to our requests. Wonderful stay!

The property is great, the owner is wonderful. If you have an elderly person it is a multi-level house so there are stairs involved. This was no obstacle for majority of the guests except for my Father which is elderly and normaly uses a cane. There's a boat ramp a block away and the street is quiet when there is no construction going on. Use the access to vaca cut or 7 Mile bridge to get to the ocean side, depending on your route will depend on which side you go out.

Wonderful vacation home!

Perfect home for our family spring break. My wife, 3 boys, and both set of in laws had plenty of room. The boys loved the pool and the in laws the shaded tiki hut. Dock was perfect for the rental boat to Sombrero and fishing. Look forward to staying again!

This was our second time staying at this property. It is exactly as described, very well appointed, everything is provided, and beautifully landscaped.. it’s become our favorite, I can not recommend this property enough, it’s just perfect !!!!

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing vacation here! The check in process was simple, Craig was great to communicate with. The house had so much space for our family of 8. The pool and backyard is so nice and private. We saw a lot of fish and a manatee came to visit us twice. The location was perfect, we hope to come back again soon and stay again! It was hard to leave and go back home!
