Beautiful views!

This was a lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. We loved the views. The walk to the beach was pretty long. It would've been nice to have a golf cart.

Great views and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great for our 2 week stay there. We had no issues or problems with our stay. The views were great. It is a cozy house that met the needs of our family of 4. The kitchen furnishings were on the basic side. We purchased a 12 cup coffee maker because they only had a 5 cup coffee maker. We left it with the home. The towels and linens seemed very clean which is one of the most important things in my opinion. The communication from the property management company was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The views are incredible and an easy walk to the beach. What we liked the most is the beach was never crowded. Easy bike ride to neighboring communities and excellent restaurants. Definitely look forward to coming back here.

Wonderful wedding week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property with family for our destination wedding week. The property was stunning. Aside from the breathtaking views, the house was spotless,beds were comfortable and the community was peaceful. It truly was a slice of heaven.The royal destination staff was so accommodating. They were quick to respond to our questions and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was going ok. I would highly recommend staying at this property or any other royal destination property.

Serene, Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a FABULOUS place to spend a week. So serene and nice. It is about a 1/2 mile of a walk to the beach, so others are aware. It’s a lovely walk though. The constructive feedback that I have is that I believe this rental should include beach chair service. I’ve rented many other properties in WaterSound and they all came with beach chair service. At this price point, I would expect it. The persistent attempts of up-selling from the rental company became annoying as well. Again, at this price point - I would expect a higher level of treatment.
