Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated villa, perfect for a romantic getaway. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the beach and a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Unwind in a luxurious King bed, relax in the stylish living area with a new Queen sleeper, and enjoy a spa-like walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen that has everything needed for cooking meals and also has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. Beach chairs and bikes included for the ultimate island retreat! 🌊❤️☀️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great condo in a great complex. We have stayed at that complex several times and have never been disappointed. Unit was clean and well decorated. Host was very helpful and kind. We will be back for sure.

We’ve been going to HHI for over 25 years, and for the last 9 we’ve stayed at Seaside Villas. We love the location mostly! We are on the beach and walking distance to Coligny. This unit felt like it had more space than the other ones we’ve stayed in, and for us, that’s a big perk! We have a disabled child that doesn’t walk. This unit was organized for him to be more mobile. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having a large closet in the bedroom! We will book here again, for sure!!

Excellent stay - the room was clean, the host was easy to communicate with and provided most everything we needed. It had a nice beach view and provided beach chairs and bikes. We would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, check in was easy, location was ideal. Easy to beach and convenient to Cologne Plaza with all the restaurants and shops. Management was very responsive to any needs we had. Only downside was that we were not able to use the pool for all but one of the five days we were there(pump issue we were told).

Everything about our stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here at the Seaside villas. We were very close to everything so we walked or biked to just about everywhere. Our host was amazing, sending us a bunch of different things to eat, do, go see while we were there and would respond very quick. We would absolutely be back.

Our stay was lovely at this location. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice bicycles were provided. The location to the beach was ideal. It is so close to the Coligny Park area, that we road bikes to it several times. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The host was very thorough and kind in all communications, including connecting with us about resort maintenance that occurred one day of our visit. They accommodated the inconvenience caused by the facility. Truly enjoyed the visit.

This villa exceeded all my expectations. The unit was spotless. Our hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. Their attention to detail was seen in the decor, as well as function. Yeah for plenty of door hooks and practical utensils. Their use of space was amazing. I really enjoyed the desk/makeup area that even included a makeup mirror. We’ve stayed in several villas at Seaside and this was by far our favorite. 10 out of 10!

Loved our stay! The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful and having direct beach access was a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable and the host was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and convenient, with a beautiful ocean view that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.The condo was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fan, which helped keep the condo cool throughout our stay.Kendall was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and when we had a minor issue, she resolved it promptly. We had previously stayed at another one of Kendall's properties and specifically chose to book one of her properties again.

We came down for a short weekend anniversary trip. The condo was very spacious for two people. It had all we needed. The host Kendall was super easy to work with!! She checked in on us and made sure everything was going ok! She also had anniversary cookies and sparkling water waiting when we arrived! She is very thoughtful. The porch at the condo was very relaxing as we could see the beach and just chill! We would definitely stay here again!!! Great condo!!!!

Perfect for a quiet getaway

Perfect location that is walkable to shops and on the beach. We went in February (before the high season) and enjoyed the calm weekend we had.
