The spacious studio was perfect for a stay in Estes Park! It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The parking situation was a little confusing upon arrival, but once we discovered exactly where the room was we were able to park beside the door all week. I highly recommend staying here!

Incredible location

For our first stay in Estes Park, this location was perfect. It’s a short walk from the Main Street shops and restaurants and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Comfortable Stay in Estes Park

Thank you for a comfortable place to stay in Estes Park. This was the perfect spot to base out of while I attended a wedding next door at the Bristlecone Inn.

I don’t think there is a better location to stay in Estes Park. It includes private parking and the main shopping and entertainment area is a very short walk.

Perfect.

We loved this place for its convenience to downtown and RMNP. Clean and a very cool place to stay with parking right at the door. Good communication as well.

Excellent Location

Excellent location and unit. The only challenge is that the windows are old and difficult to properly close.

Thanks Lance for the review! Our rather large property here will eventually have 15 vacation homes total. This studio and one other rental is still on our list to receive brand new windows.

Great location and amenities

Walking distance to The Stanley Hotel and park across the street, and Main Street. We liked having a full kitchen. Treats and water were left for us! Manager of property has very good communication!

Perfect Balance of Downtown and EASY Park Access

From start to finish Shawn was a great host to work with, he was available to answer questions and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The flat was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location! It allowed to have a home bad right in the middle of town to walk to all the offerings of the town of Estes, and it was a simple drive to the park each day for our walkabouts. We loved Estes Park and will return-we would certainly book here again! Thank you!!!

The check-in/check-out process was easy. The owner communicated well and was responsive to messages before check-in but, didn’t respond to my message when we decided to check-out 3 days early. We received no refund on our 3 day early checkout. We didn’t receive the complimentary snack/water basket at check-in as shown in the property listing although it was offered to us 3 days later via message. The overall unit felt dirty. The furniture, mirrors and windows were dirty. The rugs by the doors are very small and not a logical size for wiping off your shoes considering there is sand/rock/dirt right outside the kitchen door when you come in. The lighting in the unit was very poor/dim. The outlets were in odd places. The windows were old, roll out crank windows and only one crank on one window worked so you had to remove it to open/close the other windows. There was one window that we had to close from the outside while one person was inside to work the crank. No a/c in the unit so you need the windows to function. All of the main windows opened into the interior public courtyard which is lit up brightly at night, all night long, and those lights stream directly and brightly into this unit. The light penetrates the sides/tops/bottoms of the blackout curtain panels because they’re too small for the windows. The other window faces the parking lot so there are no nice views from any window in this unit coupled with a severe lack of privacy from the courtyard windows.

This guest had messaged us stating that they were checking out early due to matters back home and that they had a great stay. No mention of any of their issues that they stated in the review. We haven’t had any cleanliness issues and if we do get feedback from a guest we offer to fix it immediately or at a convenient time for the guest. The windows are 50 years old and are on the list to be replaced. A couple of weeks before this guests stay we had the windows professionally cleaned so we have been a little appalled that this is in the review. Also it is in or listing details about the courtyard common areas and how guests to the restaurant walk through those areas and from the photos you can see out into those areas. It’s a downtown location and with September being our second busiest month of the year you WILL have people right outside of any VRBO location in downtown Estes Park. There is a difference between the quiet cabin in the woods vs our condos located right in a small downtown core that receives a lot of visitors.

We have our property manager that lives on site to take care of any guests needs. During Jake's stay he had not reached out to us for anything. After he had left this review we reached out to him to see what it was that we could have done better to make a great experience to our future guests. We have had no response from Jake at all!
