I wish 30A had more public access as well, and more parking in general! It’s a beautiful area that has seen such explosive attention that the county has had a tough time keeping up with the need for changing infrastructure, but they’re trying! In order to maintain the peaceful and eye pleasing aspects of the community, the HOA requests that exteriors of homes be kept tidy. Our guests don’t seem to mind keeping the cart in the garage, where it needs to be to charge, and also helps maintain the community standards. Thanks again for your stay! Alice property manager

Thanks for your visit and review, Dale. I’m sorry that you thought the floors were not clean. They are vacuumed with a top line Shark vacuum after every guest and that is followed with extensive cleaning with Swiffer wet mop pads so that dirt can be thrown out instead of being sloshed around the floors as with a traditional mop and bucket. The house is then also checked by an inspector post cleaning and prior to a guests arrival. Had you let me know that you were unhappy, I would have immediately sent housekeeping back over to take care of anything you needed. We would’ve appreciated the chance to rectify any problems you had prior to a negative review as they really impact a small business. Thanks again for your stay. Alice property manager

The beach access is public, and the listing doesn’t suggest anything else. I did send you the 3 different access points within 5 minutes of the house, plus all of the access points on 30A. Unfortunately, in high season, 30A is very popular and our beaches get crowded, but they’re still lovely and there are many access points along 30A. Thank you, Alice property manager
