This super clean and affordable 2 bed/1 bath home in Boyne City has all the amenities you need for a great stay including a great location. Walk to shopping and restaurants, farmers market and stroll the streets on Friday nights.
The space
This home is neat, clean and welcoming. It has a nice back deck with a gas BBQ and large peaceful yard to enjoy. Spacious open living room has recliners with USB ports for everyone to relax and unwind. The location is a central spot to visit all the poplar locations in Northern Michigan.
Guest access
Guest have use of the entire home.
Other things to note
For an additional fee of $25 per night you may bring one well behaved small non-shedding dog. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be picked up after in the yard.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time. The property is private. The backyard is huge. The house is so comfy and cozy. The kitchen appliances, big and small, pots & pans, dishes, plenty of kitchen supplies for easy meals preparing. The furniture is comfortable. The beds were nice. The linens were provided. Washer and dryer were helpful. We had a fabulous time. And close to many places to explore! Thank you!

Cabin with your own woods in Boyne City

Great location. Home is nestled back from the road with your own woods. Don't be surprised by frequent visits from the local deer.

centrally located

A nice centrally located rental property. Small extras like snacks and water bottles was a nice touch. Wished the listing had said that it had room/window air conditioners so 2nd bedroom ran a little warm. They did provide a fan in that room though.

A gem in Boyne city

The house was so clean and nice, enjoyed our stay immensely. It sits back off the road (felt very private) and had all the stuff we needed. Close to downtown and Lake Charlevoix., I would definitely stay at this home again and the communication with host (excellent).

Awesome!! Great place. Quite. Awesome backyard to hang out. Clean, has everything you would need. Close to town. Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Boyne City stay

comfortable house with amenities, there was no direct phone communication with owner, but none was needed. There was a nice folder with clear directions. The only thing I would like to suggest would be both bedrooms have an A/C as the one room would get stuffy when door was shut for privacy. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!

Michigan Mountain Mayhem Bike Ride

Clean, functional, comfortable and reasonably priced. Well stocked kitchen - bathroom, too, with ample, quality towels and paper products. Three blocks from the event start; less than a mile from its finish. Easy, relaxed walk to downtown, including a good selection of shops and restaurants. Being able to bring his dog along simplified travel plans for our adult son.

Home was very clean and in a very quite neighborhood. Nice large deck and fire pit in yard. Large yard to walk the dogs.

This was one of the worst rentals I've ever been to. There was blood on the comforter. Poop stains on the blinds in the bathroom. The whole place smelled of wet dog. When we wiped so.e water off of the floor the wipe came up black form not being cleaned. Someone tagged one of the ceiling panels in the main bedroom. There were also cobwebsand dust in the corners of the rental as well as the molding. The beds felt like water beds from all the use.

Peaceful Getaway spot

This property was a great location for things to do in Boyne, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Anything you could need was provided to cook in this house which was great. Felt nice and homey, in a great neighborhood where we felt safe and it was very quiet. Used the gas fireplace on the back porch which was a great perk. Great big backyard for our dog that joined. Some bottles/cans/ and dog poop around the perimeter in bushes but it's hard to catch every little thing left by previous guests. Overall a fantastic stay and would come back!

Comfortable

This home was comfortable, roomy and clean. The location is quiet and convenient to drive to Boyne Falls and Charlevoix. It is not within walking distance to downtown for restaurants and shops.

Everything we needed was provided. It was spacious and neat. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the quaint downtown area. There was a deck with a grill and nice outside furniture. We did not use the fire pit but it was avsilsble.

Perfect

The house is well appointed and maintained. Very clean. It was the perfect set-up for our quick 3 day trip. Close to everything. We even messed up on day when leaving and locked ourselves out and the owners/managers where very quick to respond and got us back in very quickly! Would recommend.

We loved it!

Exactly as described. It’s a small home that was a perfect home base. Well equipped with many items you need to feel at home. Beds comfortable. Could not of been cleaner. Easy access from the road. Boyne City downtown is almost a mile walk, so that’s not an easy walk for everyone. Furniture in living room very comfortable. We loved it!

Great spot

Nice place in a quiet part of town yet a short walk to the downtown area. Kitchen is very well stocked and functional for cooking meals. Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Recliners in the living room is perfect after a long day fishing and the deck as a great place to start your morning with a cup of coffee

Nice property, quiet, clean, comfortable

Nice location close to town. Clean! Big kitchen and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood with no one really close, so good privacy. The bed I used was comfortable. Air mattress available in laundry room for someone staying and sleeping in the living room.
