Beautiful 2 BD/2 BA updated beach cottage centrally located in the heart of San Diego in the beach communities of Pacific & Mission Beach, so where ever you go while in town it's all close by. Just 4 blocks to the Bay and 10 blocks to the Pacific Ocean with all of its amenities including miles of boardwalks and Sea World. Play some volleyball, swim, surf, boat, fish, bird watch or just nap in the hammock, it's all here to enjoy, including a great view of the sea world fireworks from the patio.

This home has everything your friends and family need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in every room, incredibly comfortable beds, BBQ grill on a massive wrap-around patio that is perfect for entertaining. You will be sure to feel right at home. Grab your drink, open up the large double dutch doors, and get into vacation mode at this perfectly designed home in the heart of San Diego.

Each room has an adjustable height Beauty Rest queen bed and flatscreen smart TV for your comfort. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and is completely blackout! Washer and dryer available at no cost to you. All supplies are provided for your convenience.

Perfect Getaway Home!

Perfect place to get away! House is incredibly comfortable has everything you could possibly need. Super clean, comfortable beds, felt like home. Full kitchen, we did a lot of cooking and it had all the necessities and plenty of tupperware for leftovers. Owners are super friendly and available for any needs. We stayed there with friends, brought our bikes and were a quick bike ride away from the beach, the bay restaurants anything you could want. When we were at the house, we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed watching people walk by walking their dogs, riding their bikes, great place to people watch. We had such a great time. We all can’t wait to come back again!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

This home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and pan we needed to make every meal. The best part for us was the patio, with plenty of comfortable seating. The host was very communicative from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House/Really good Location

We really enjoyed this property; very nice layout and the decor was top notch. It was furnished with everything that you might need. The location of this property was perfect; it is close to SeaWorld, the Zoo, beaches, museums and downtown. Most of these locations were just a few minutes away, and there are a lot of great restaurants all around the general area.

Great place!

Loved this house! It is cute, clean, and had everything we needed! We wound up meeting one of the owners. Very nice guy- we decided to extend our stay a bit and he helped us arrange that through VRBO. Would highly recommend this spot!

We spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our time. The house was very clean and so cute. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Enjoyed watching folks walk so many dogs! It was a great location where we could walk to Vons and some restaurants. And then Ubered to the beach nearby. Also Ubered down to see a Padres game and enjoy the gas lamp district. Our only challenge was that our Yukon didn’t fit in the garage. We were informed ahead of time it may not fit, so it wasn’t a surprise. Sometimes we could find parking in front of the house, and a few times we had to park several blocks away. We didn’t cook, but the house is well stocked with kitchen accessories. I did wash bath towels a few times and it was nice to have washer, dryer and soap provided. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay. We would stay there again!!

Great escape in quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed all the amenities of the house as it is well stocked. Great for family time inside and out. Neighborhood quiet and loved watching the Sea World Fireworks at night on our deck. Not too far from Downtown San Diego or up to La Jolla.

Perfect 2 bedroom home!

This property was very clean and organized. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Bay Area. It would have been nice to spend time outside the patio area but we were there during the storm they were having that weekend:/ the parking was tight and we had to move some wood pieces that were leaning against the wall to fit but it was nice to have a place to park other than the street. Overall this is a great place and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Comfortable and Accomodating!

This place had everything we needed and more! Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, gourmet kitchen with a wide array of utensils, gadgets, and appliances, huge patio with several gathering spaces, clean and nicely decorated. The property managers and owners were very accommodating when we found one of the TV’s had a purple tint on all content. They replaced it with a new TV. The location was great for us. Walking distance to Mission Bay, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll be back!

So good

This house is really great. I am a picky traveller and rarely find myself almost as comfortable as when I am at home. This place checks all my boxes: clean (like, maybe cleaner than my own home), beds (no bed will ever be as comfy as my own, but these were so good I’m considering this bed when mine needs to be replaced), safety (the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet and the house had adequate locks). The space is charming and cute. An incredibly well stocked kitchen, including containers to store leftovers. I will definitely rent here again!

Great Stay in San Diego!

My wife and I had a short visit to San Diego for the first time over 10 years ago. We stayed in a hotel downtown and loved our quick introduction to the city, but hadn't been back since. After 3 years of feeling locked down by COVID we decided it was time for a little adventure. We needed some sun and sand and we took a chance on a new VRBO listing in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. What a great property and experience! Check-in was easy and the property was just as nice in person as we saw in the pictures. It was very roomy and comfortable for 2 people with wood floors, a full kitchen, fast wifi, streaming video (Netflix), and a garage for our rental car (be sure to get a small vehicle!). The porches were great, too, and I spent one afternoon just sitting out in the sun reading and people watching. The palm trees out front offer the perfect amount of shade when you need a break from the rays. It seems that everyone has a dog or two in this neighborhood and it's a "thing" to get out and walk and be active with them. I got a really nice vibe of community here and felt totally safe. We took in the sights at a pace that wasn't hectic and had a great blend of activity and taking it easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we also had some meals at the property since the kitchen was so well-equipped. Here's a quick itinerary in case you're researching the area: --Take an afternoon to walk the Mission Beach boardwalk and Crystal Pier. It's impossible to dress wrong. Jeans, shorts, swimwear - it all works with a mix of people young and old. Watch the surfers from pier. We were cheering them on! --Go to the San Diego zoo. Don't try to do Balboa Park and the zoo the same day - it's too much! --Take an afternoon on the beach. Just drive straight down Pacific Beach Dr to Mission Blvd and look for parking anywhere near the boardwalk. There were a couple of beach chairs in the garage for guest use. --Take a day trip to Palm Springs and hop on the aerial tramway to the top of Mount San Jacinto at 8500 ft altitude. We ate at the Peaks restaurant and had a gorgeous view of the valley. Then we walked one of the trails to take in more beautiful views. Bring a jacket - it was cold! --Tour the USS Midway. Fascinating and impossible to not come away impressed and feeling patriotic. Joe and Penny are the property owners and they were very welcoming and helpful. They were great and so was the stay!

Beautiful neighborhood, exceptional outdoor space, could use a little more shade, interior was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, every cooking utensil you were ever needed to cook a meal, thoroughly enjoy our trip and stay, close to all the things you need to sustain your vacation in comfort we would book again!

Perfection in Paradise!

Fantastic property and amazing stay! My family stayed here for 2 full weeks and we had a wonderful time and had everything we needed and then some! We felt fully immersed in the local Pacific Beach scene with the beach only a mile away (easy walk) and Mission Bay only about 4 blocks away. Super fun "people watching" from the very large patio and we enjoyed watching the Sea World fireworks from our own patio almost every night we were there (in July). The house was super clean and beautifully decorated with colors that were vibrant and delightful! The kitchen had everything we needed - including blenders for making delicious smoothies. We cooked dinner "at home" a few nights and had absolutely everything we needed. The refrigerator was very spacious. There are three large TV's - one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Everything was functioning and we had no technical issues. We made good use of the large washer and dryer - even detergent was provided. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable with remote controls for raising and lowering the beds. We also liked having ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Great storage options for clothing and accessories that we brought for the trip. The owners have thought of every detail! The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and the water pressure was good. Great lighting as well. Plenty of towels were provided - including beach towels. We enjoyed some nights with the windows open, but sometimes closed up the house and ran the A/C. Nice to have the A/C option!! We enjoyed having garage space for our one car. We were close to shopping and dining and there was a fun and lively night scene at the beach. Nights were quiet and peaceful at this property. Great communication from the property manager and owners. We felt safe and fully supported. My husband had to do some remote work while we were there, and there were good options for setting up his laptop and full size monitor - including a desk in one of the bedrooms. Wifi was good - we didn't have any connection issues. We would highly recommend this wonderful house and hope to stay here again!

Amazing place

We had a wonderful time in PB house. This place was stocked with everything you need. The location is near the bay and beach. Our teen girls had fun walking to the beach and biking around the neighborhood. The owners are quick to respond and friendly. We will definitely come back and tell my friends to visit this place too.
