Ocean views from this recently renovated 2bed, 1bath - bright and airy 2nd floor condo. One block to beach and river! Bike ride to Sandy Hook and downtown Sea Bright shops and restaurants. Short drive to NYC ferry. One parking spot included and outdoor entertaining space with gas grill.

Fully furnished, king bed in BR1 and Twin with trundle in BR2. Sleep sofa in LR, sleeps 6. Best suited for 2 adults + kids as twin bed is a trundle and has a weight limit, as does the sofa bed.


Please Note: Summer 2024 - there is construction on the block behind the house. The primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and the AC units provide white noise. We are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know!

My family of 4 had a great week. The place was very clean and way more open and roomy than I thought it would be. The location is ideal for a beach vacation. The owner was very responsive to last minute questions.

Sun, sand, and shoreline in Sea Bright

Great location in Sea Bright, steps away from the beach, not far from restaurants and shopping or from Sandy Hook. The unit was well kept and perfect for my trip to the shore!

5 stars! Excellent and proactive communication. Super helpful and kind. The property was PERFECTLY clean. Accurate listing. Very quiet neighborhood. It is truly RIGHT by the public beach access. So just one block to a nice beach. We were happy the property had beach chairs for us to use Leftward local dining: short walk north to 2nd Jetty is lively and casual. Good quality seafood. Short Uber ride down to Tommy’s Tavern - specifically the “hot roni” pizza and coal fired wings. Additionally, The Rum Runner is excellent for a date night. We enjoyed the numerous seafood dishes we tried.

Terrific stay

Wonderful stay in Sea Bright! The apartment was just perfect. Cozy and clean. Beautiful views from so many windows and steps from the beach. Lisa answered my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property!

Great beach apartment!!

This apartment was great for my family of four. It was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need including games for my kids to play! We were steps away from the nicest public beach that felt private and a few minute drive to all restaurants. Lisa answered any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend and would stay in the future.

Great location for a relaxing beach getaway

My family had a great time staying in Seabright. Perfect sized beach apartment for our family of 4 (6 yr old and 2 yr old). The location is great. Convenient public beach access across the street. Easy to walk back and forth to the house if you need to. We had no issues finding parking directly outside the house no matter the day/time. Quick drive to Sea Bright’s restaurants. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better!

Everything on the listing was spot on. No surprises. It was great in every way and will definitely try and stay again if we go back to that area. I honestly can't think of a single thing to critique!

Wonderful trip to Sea Bright!

Lisa and Scott were excellent hosts! My family loves spending time in Sea Bright and we found this gem this year. Their place provided all the necessary items, from the towels, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. Since our son is 2, we cooked every night and they had a grill (kept very clean) which was perfect for dinners. The place has a courtyard area with outside furniture which was perfect, to hang out and relax. Very close to the beach, easy access daily! Overall it was a great home away from home and was a perfect fit for our trip. I would highly recommend staying here and give Lisa and Scott a try! We certainly will look at rebooking for next year. Nice place and good location.

We enjoyed our stay. Flew onto Newark and drive in was smooth. Clean property right across from the beach. Listing was accurate and communication was ample. Would do it again

Amazing beach apartment great for families

Sea Bright is the Shore’s best kept secret. Quiet and beautiful. We spent days bike riding in Sandy Hook and all the beaches, fishing almost daily in the bay, walkable from the house. The apt was perfect and had everything needed for a family of four pls a short grandparent visit. Loved it and Lisa was so responsive! We bbqed a few nights which is a plus.

Beautiful place 1 block to the beach

Loved staying at Lisa's she was nice and polite, the apartment a block away to the beach stocked with all you might need, cleanliness, spacious overall a pleasure Would definitely stay in the future.
