Unit C, Spirit of Folly, Pet Friendly, 2 short blocks - 100 yards to the beach

Welcome to the "Spirit of Folly", a vacation rental that embodies the long history of the Folly Beach community. This tri-plex, 2 short blocks (100 yards) to the beach and 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, and shopping, was built in the mid 20th century and renovated in 2022. The two-bedroom one bath unit has two luxurious king beds and an expansive backyard with classic old oaks providing shade. For a more spacious shower (small shower inside) use the enclosed outdoor shower behind unit C and shared by both units. Walk out the back yard for direct access to the City Park, with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, and a dog park. The unit boasts a full kitchen and multiple off-street parking spots (front and back). Please note you will need to navigate two steps down to access the property. Not enough room? Rent Unit B (listing #2847570) to double the size. Owners live upstairs.

Amazing, safe place that we really enjoyed. Owners were very kind and responsive and even helped with medicine when needed for my son. Super sweet place - functional - clean - and very close to the beach with everything you need!!!

Everything appliances wise was available and working. Good kitchen set up. Close to the beach. Across the street from a dog park (rear driveway). Nice rooms with big beds and closets. The couch was so comfy. AC works great. Rad outside shower with hot and cold water.

My family and I had an amazing stay this weekend. The host were super nice and quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet. We had everything we needed for a successful trip to Folly!!

This was a great choice for our family. It was far enough away from the center of Folly Beach that the beach was not crowded and a great shaded and short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an outside shower which had cold and hot water too. The host allowed us to leave our car at the property after checkout so we could spend the day at the beach and she allowed us use of the outside showers after our afternoon on the beach.

This hidden gem is small, but mighty. It was perfect for what we needed and was well equipped for our stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the location can’t be beat for Folly if you’re not looking for front beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location close to beach and restaurants. The bathroom is very small, so it was nice to have the outdoor shower.
