Honeymoon studio in the heart of the 'Burg! Romance awaits with wrap around fireplace, large gorgeous bathroom, bath robes, with soaking tub for 2 or if you prefer soak in the hot tub by the fire all in your private, fully covered and fenced courtyard. The outdoor stone gas fireplace is stunning! Luxurious linens, king foam mattress and fabulous décor! Living room suite, kitchenette, and 2 TVs. Managed by Heavenly Hosts PERMIT#805600_2046

The Space:
Romantic open studio with a big bathroom with tub and hot tub area, and patio with fireplace. Studio is roughly 760 sqft.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

A outstanding establishment

This is one of the nicest places we have visited. Everything was lean and well appropriated. The location was within walking distance to everything, shopping, dining and just see the town. Very much enjoyed.

Great place/ great location

This property is a couple blocks from Main St. or HEB in the opposite direction. There is a good restaurant and coffee shop directly across the street. So it’s in a great location. It is a cute house! We loved the design. All the details were thought out and appreciated. We loved it!

Solo Trip

Wonderful place to stay if you want a getaway by yourself. Not too big, yet not too small. The decor is modern yet has a warm, relaxing feel that isn’t overwhelming. The bathroom with the standup shower and soaking tub is spa like. Outdoor patio with hot tub and fireplace is closed in with plenty of privacy. It’s close to road, so the sound of traffic is heard during the day, but it’s quiet at night. Walking distance to Main Street. HEB is right down the road. I would definitely stay here again, especially when it gets cooler so I can take advantage of the hot tub and fireplaces.

Look no further!

Awesome place to stay! You can’t beat the proximity to Main St. Easily walkable to the heart of shopping, literally a block and a half! Rental is clean, modern, and comfortable. The private hot tub right out the back sliding door is perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Will recommend this to any couple visiting Fredericksburg. Book it!

Very private and short walk to Main St.

Wife and stayed here for a surprise trip I treated her to. The biggest thing in Fredericksburg is finding a listing that is private and also close to the Main St. So this place checks both boxes. Check in was extremely easy and the place is absolutely gorgeous. I personally really loved the hot tub area outback with the fire place. Wife and I brought a small radio and enjoyed the hot tub while havijg some beers. I know somebody wants to know so yes the bqck patio is private enough to use your birthday suite in hot tub. Last thing is the walk to Main St is literally maybe 5 minutes at the most. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Just what we wanted

Cute place, well equipped, comfortable with nice decor. The patio area / hot tub cover could have been cleaner but I’m sure it’s hard to maintain with the weather. We enjoyed our time in FBG!

Relaxing getaway

We needed a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect spot. Loved that all the shopping was just 2 blocks away if we decided to venture out, but everything we needed was in our cottage.

Spacious Suite

Our 3-night stay was wonderful. You cannot beat this location! Walking distance to downtown and HEB, with ample parking and living space onsite. The outdoor amenities were a huge plus, as well. Thanks for having us - beautiful property!

Don't pass this one up

We loved our stay here. It looks EXACTLY like the photos. When you walk in, it smells clean and fresh. The decor is beautiful, and all well thought out. It really is as cute as it looks in photos. The bed is comfortable, the towels are plush, and they even have beach towels to use by the hot tub. As far as location, you can't ask for better. There is a cute breakfast place across the street and it is 2 blocks from the heart of everything on Main Street. Don't look further than this listing, it's perfect!

Cute and Clean!

Just as advertised! Clean and within close walking distance to Main St. We enjoyed the patio area and hot tub on cool nights. House was spacious and perfectly decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing lacking on the property was a full length mirror. Other wise it was perfect!
