Second time staying here. It's small but a great place to stay. Clean and quiet with a pool and dock to rent a boat for your stay. My only suggestion for the owners would be to maybe update the bed and maybe update the bedding to be a little more comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Winter Getaway

Wonderful Getaway

Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some downtime. The pool makes it ideal. Close to restaurants, beaches and stores. John and Cece are super hosts.

Great Little Cottage

This is the perfect place for a couple to spend a week in the Keys. Private pool, neat backyard, and dockage for boat. Only downside was the home construction across street with hammers banging at 7 am, but that is out of owners control and should be finished in next few months. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Cute house!

The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The driveway is super small and can only fit one vehicle so keep that in mind whenever booking! The owners are friendly and stop by almost daily. If you are boating it is in the perfect location next to Vaca cut and on the same canal as Two Conchs Marina!

Enjoyed our stay was better than we expected. Location is great because of end of street. Only thing we would add please put light by grill. Will keep this on our return trip possibility. Thanks John and Cee Cee.

We visit the Keys at least once a year, and John & CeCe were the best hosts we've had. The property was well kept and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped, and even the BBQ grill was spotless, which is kind of unusual in our experience. Definitely will be back!

It was wonderful. A minor issue but the owners addressed immediately. And it really was minor. Lovely, huge pool on a canal. House was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again. Owners were very nice and friendly people, as were the neighbors.

Ideal setup for couple with a boat

All the comfort and amenities you could ask for- including a private heated pool. Very clean and the hosts visited to make sure all of our needs were met. Great location for a couple with a boat. On a canal just feet from the ocean with quick access to both the Gulf and Atlantic. Quiet neighborhood and close to all that Marathon has to offer. Only drawback is that there is no place to park your boat trailer if you bring your own boat. You’ll have to store trailer somewhere else. Would recommend this home to any couple and would certainly rent again.

Best hosts!

John and CeCe are the best hosts! The house is perfect for what we need. There is a bait freezer, which my husband appreciates, along with a few fishing supplies. The house is well maintained and is perfect for our needs.

We loved our stay! John and Cece stopped by a few times during our stay to ensure we had everything we need! The house was clean and was perfect for just my husband and I, and the pool was warm and clean as well. We hope to be back soon!

Relaxing and Peaceful

The house and neighborhood was relaxing and peaceful. Even though the next door house was under construction it was minimum to no noise. The owners stopped by a couple of times to say hi and check in to ensure we had everything we need. The house has everything to cook/grill, lounge by the pool, and visit the beach.

Everything we Needed and Nothing we Didn't

Our first time to the Keys and our sweet little house next to the sea was perfect. It's easy to see why John and CeCe get the rave reviews; you can't help but fall in love with them. About the house. If you're looking for hoity toity lux accommodations with plush robes and precious furnishings, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for a clean and neat well located vintage bungalow with everything you need PLUS an awesome private pool overlooking the water, look no further! We highly recommend this rental and hope that one day our paths cross again with John and his smart and friendly wife CeCe.
