Very nice place to stay. Quiet area. Clean house and Kree is very responsive. I do think that Expedia and Vrbo need to work out the integration issues that if you rent a Vrbo through Expedia, tracking that via Vrbo is non-existent. Makes it tough to communicate with the Vrbo host due to that issue (they may not be able to find your reservation). Expedia really should get this resolved ASAP.

Fantastic Stay!

This home was perfect for our family and is great if traveling with your pet as well. It is located close to pretty much everything in Montrose and is in a great, quiet neighborhood. It is a brand new, very clean home and was also very well stocked. The host was amazing as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in great neighborhood!

With 6 of my family members traveling to see my folks we needed a spot close to Cobble Creek that would fit us all, and this was the perfect spot! The price was perfect, and the property included plenty of parking for all of our vehicles, secure entry, ample space to hangout, plenty of beds, and enough room to store our stuff and set up my service dog’s kennel without it being in the way! Hosts did not require any verification for my dog (which I would have happily provided) and had a bed and toy ready for him when we arrived. Sure wish we could have stayed longer, but looking forward to staying again when we return in a few months!!

Fabulous Stay!

New home in adorable neighborhood south of downtown. Love the beds, decor, TVs, bathrooms and kitchen. Host was incredibly helpful and eager to please. Beautiful home and close to shopping, groceries and gas. Will definitely stay here again!

Hiking in Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

This property was a great location for visiting the National Park. The hosts were easy to contact and followed up promptly with any questions we had about the property. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the check in/out process was convenient. The hosts also checked in with us to make sure that we didn’t have any problems. We would stay at this property again.
