This property was absolutely perfect for our trip. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, comfortable spacious home, great communication. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a rental that feels like home. We will definitely be returning.

Great property in a very quiet and scenic neighborhood. The home was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is perhaps 5-10 minutes out of town. Not much to say, other than we were comfortable for our stay and enjoyed the home!

This is a nice home in a beautiful, quiet location. Easy access to downtown Montrose, shopping, dining and rec center. Also a good base for traveling to surrounding communities like Ouray and the Hot Springs pool there.

The property was very nice, The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a beautiful view from the patio. My family brought our jeeps and loved the ample parking for our trucks, trailers and jeeps. We enjoyed our stay.

Relax full Stay!

This was a little piece of heaven, Very clean and peaceful with a beautiful view. Cordell was very responsive and had excellent customer service. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property which is in a great location just west of Montrose. The house is spacious, clean and the layout works great for families. It’s in a country setting and we enjoyed the huge lot and wildlife (birds, deer). We’ll definitely stay at the property again on our next trip.

Wonderful Montrose Home Off the Beaten Path

We had a wonderful time on our 3 night stay at this property in Montrose, CO. The home was exceptionally clean and tidy, had all the amenities you would expect, and we loved the open feel at this great neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again if opportunity arises.

Loved it.

We, family of six including three children, enjoyed the house so much. Clean, spacious, well decorated, and well-stocked. A great location as a basecamp to national parks nearby. We visited five natiotuonal parks during our 4 days stay.

Lovely home

Is a lovely home a few miles out of town. So was a great place for us to visit with the basketball parents while we are in town for a tournament

Quiet location. House is well maintained and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Wish we could have just hung out more and enjoyed the back patio. It was so peaceful at night. Great for a family. We spent most of our time leaf peeping so Montrose was a good landing spot for the northern portion of our trip.

Wedding weekend

From the begining the property owner was great. Great communication throughout our stay. The property was as listed, a great, quiet neighborhood including the deer who walked through the yard. We had everything we needed. Will highly recommend staying here!

Great Place

Other than being a little bit outside of town, 5-minute drive to town center, this was as good as it gets. Very clean, extremely well provisioned (laundry pods, shampoo, cooking supplies, etc.), quiet and spacious. From the back porch we routinely observed deer and sheep. Could not have asked for more.

You can't ask for a better host! Excellent communication and willingness to come help. I called them more than once, and every time they were so polite and understanding, so helpful in resolving my issues. Like when I first arrived, and my GPS wanted to tell me I was there, but it wasn't the right place. It was late, and they patiently stayed on the phone and walked me through directions until I safely arrived at the correct home. I also had an issue with not being able to latch and lock the patio doors, and not only did he try to walk me through it over the phone, he promptly came over and showed me what I needed to do so that I would sleep peacefully, knowing I was safe. So helpful and kind, great people! The home was perfect for my stay; I had asked about certain kitchen items I was going to need while there, and they assured me it was well stocked. It was, and items I requested that they didn't have, they were there, brand new in a box, ready for my use. I especially enjoyed visiting with a friend on the back patio and admiring the view and gorgeous sunsets. It is a spacious, quiet, neat, and clean neighborhood and, of course, there is a comfy bed!

Good stay

We had a great stay! Kitchen was well stocked and made evening meals easy after long days. We used this property as a central place to visit Colorado's offerings in the area. We found escape in the backyard, reading and grilling. The living area was comfortable where the family watched a few shows (all the bedrooms had TVs too, but we didn't use those). Beds were comfy. And the 2 and a half baths reduced the morning congestion as we scrambled out on our adventures.We would be happy to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Check-in was easy. Host was responsive and friendly. Clean. Comfy beds. Great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you’d need. Everything was in working order.
