Great place!

Stayed there during wrestling event. The location was perfect and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Very cozy VRBO!

My dad and I stayed here during our annual hiking trip to Colorado - it was great! Very cozy, quiet neighborhood, and the communication with the owners was wonderful. We would 100% stay here again in the future - thank you so much for your hospitality!

Quiet and Convenient Location

This home was the perfect stay in Montrose. It is short drive to everything in town and to the South Rim of Black Canyon, but far enough that the neighborhood was perfectly calm and quiet at all hours. The home was spotless and the owners were easy to communicate with and were even proactive about asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I definitely recommend this property for your Montrose area adventures!

Family time

The duplex was large and everything we needed. We booked for one week so we could spend time with son, daughter in and grand kids. Ended up booking a second week. Beds were very comfotable.

Immaculate

This home is immaculate with comfortable furnishings and beds as well as a nice big kitchen. Extra pillows and sleep sound machines in each bedroom are a very nice touch! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We will book this again on our next visit to Montrose.

Spacious and Comfortable Home

We felt at home in this immaculately clean and very comfortable home in central Montrose. In particular the master bed was so comfy. Great shower too. Largewarm living room and kitchen...easy check in. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described in previous reviews

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent. It was in a great location for our exploration of the north and south rims of Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We would definitely want to stay here again if we return to the area.

Enjoyable extended stay

Nice property in a very quiet neighborhood and close to town. Some of the wall outlets need to be updated as plugs would just fall out. Overall though a pleasant stay with very responsive owners.

Family Vaca Exploring

Used the house as a base to explore the many amazing surrounding areas....rented a jeep and did some mountain pass exploring and hiking. Owners were super responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue come up, and they took care of our needs immediately. Would rent again.

Everything was wonderful as advertised. Please please put some decent lights over the dining room table, maybe with a dimmer switch. We had our camping lantern to eat by which saved us.

PERFECT VACATION HOME!

This home was perfect for our spring break get-a-way. The home was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. The owner's had anticipated every family's needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included coffee for our mornings on the patio. The bathrooms were stocked with fluffy white towels and plentiful toiletries. The location was extremely quiet and a perfect jumping off place for exploring the beautiful area. Thank you for helping make our vacation an absolute delight!

Wonderful home!!!

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our rental. It was very clean and cozy. We loved all the amenities the host provided us with. Great communication with the host, they responded promptly and we appreciated them checking in on us and sending us reminders about checking out. The house was near many stores and restaurants and close to attractions. It was easy to get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park from where we were. We were also very happy the house was 5 minutes away from a supercharger so we could charge up our Tesla before we headed out for our adventures. We had such a great stay and would definitely recommend!! We will definitely be renting this home again next time we are in town!

Pleasant Stay in Montrose

My wife and I recently returned from several days in Montrose. Our apartment was a pleasant and convenient jumping off point for exploring the local attractions. (Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, a 20-minute drive away, is spectacular!) The apartment is located in an attractive residential neighborhood--close to highways and shopping, but still nice and quiet. It's clean and well equipped. With two king-bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of room for a couple or a small family to spread out. There's plenty of hot water, good water pressure and lots of towels. Communication with the hosts was prompt, attentive and pleasant. We were fully satisfied with our stay here.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

My husband, our four-year old boy and myself booked a 3-night stay in this house because it looked easy and peaceful and it turned out to be 100 percent true. We loved the little bonus room off the kitchen and while we didn't use it (due to the weather) the patio enclosed on three sides and outfitted with a dining table and chairs. The king beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had the basics plus newish appliances. We didn't once wish for something that wasn't there. Although it's a corner lot it's a super quiet neighborhood. Coupled with the window coverings that kept it dark in the rooms, we slept great. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if it's available next time we go to Montrose.
