Family-sized townhome with in-town convenience!

This is a 30+ day rental only!

Beautiful adobe style architecture with park like setting within 10 minute walk to downtown. Downstairs of this home offers an open and bright space with the kitchen, dining, and living room combined. Includes granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry throughout the home. Downstairs you'll also find a bathroom with shower, a large laundry room and pantry. Upstairs features 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master includes king bed with two sink master bath. Down the hall features shared bathroom with two sinks. Second bedroom features bunk bed with two full-sized beds on the top and bottom bunk and a pullout couch-bed. Third bedroom contains queen bed along with an office space. Common area of second floor includes another pullout couch-bed. Loads of square footage - approx 2500. Exterior surveillance devices monitor both the front and rear entry points of the property.

We welcome dogs! Note: A $500 pet fee is collected and is fully refundable after checkout, provided our house rules are followed.

Deva was a excellent host, responded to all our question in good time. The challenge w this property is no AC. With weather patterns changing, AC is needed in these mt town homes. Here we had to shut the house down daytime, open in evening. So the house is dark all day. It is a beautiful townhouse, we enjoyed our 6 wk stay.

Great place to stay

Very clean and roomy with great ambiance. Close to downtown Durango. Creek hike nearby.

Wonderful Durango Townhome

Pros: Nice, quiet, clean, no through traffic, great water (hot and cold), yard is kept, and the two kids around are extremely pleasant! The owner was helpful and professional the entire stay! Would stay again & definitely recommend!

Terrific location, condo and host

Deva is the best host-responsive and helpful. We completely enjoyed this wonderful condo - so quiet and comfortable. Close to walking paths and downtown. Super comfy beds, lots of room, great kitchen! Highly recommend!

Best VRBO House

Hi have stayed here multiple times now. This is the best VRBO house I have stayed at in all my travels. The house is amazing, the owners are very kind and helpful. Great location, super clean, great communication with owners, great price. If you are staying in the Durango area you have to stay here, you will thank me later.

I stayed here with my family (spouse, three kids, and kid's babysitter) for a whole month for a work trip. We loved it! Deva was beyond responsive and easy to communicate with. For example, we needed a baby gate and she helped find one for us to use while there! The townhome was spacious and the bedrooms were really large which was great for us! The location was perfect for us. It's close to downtown, a large grocery store, Nighthorse, and easy to access from the airport. The neighborhood is secluded and the neighbors quiet. We were outside on the patio a lot with the littles and walking through the canal area out front exploring "nature". There is not AC but Deva told us exactly how to manage it and it also comes with three large fans, which made the hot days bearable. We plan on coming back next year and hope it's available!

Gorgeous home and spectacular views

Wow! This property is everything we hoped to find in Durango. Gorgeous views, clean and cozy with all the comforts of home. The location is superb, the kitchen well stocked (we cooked a lot), and the interior is beautiful with large bedrooms and lovely furnishings. The owner is wonderful and took good care of us and the home during several major snow storms. The is the perfect rental for a couple or family !

The Best Rental

Through my work and vacationing I have stayed at a ton of rental homes. This was the best! The house was even better then the pictures showed. The location was great. The host was so kind and friendly. The price was amazing. If you are visiting the Durango area this is the best option hands down. I'm planning on coming back for another work trip and I'm praying this house will be available.

Wonderful getaway

We loved staying in Deva's home for our month long visit to Durango. The location was perfect. Just a short drive and you can experience all that downtown has to offer, yet far enough to feel like you are away from it all. The proximity to hiking, fishing, and exploring other towns was terrific. Check out Durango Hotsprings, it was really beautiful and not crowded at all the morning that we went. Dinner on the back patio with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end our busy days. We look forward to returning next year! Thanks again for a wonderful visit! Evelyn and Roger

Just Okay

The condo was just okay, location was marginal, lights were almost always needed as it was dark inside, no A/C and only a couple fans. No ceiling fans, air inside was stuffy most times even with windows open. Owner was responsive to needs. Sorry to say but we wouldn't stay there again.

Hi Jerry, thanks for providing feedback on your stay with us. We’re so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay, but our listing is clear that we do not have A/C or ceiling fans in every room. Rating us on such seems inapt. We swiftly met your every request: 1) brought in an additional outdoor grill because you didn’t want to use the working and existing grill on the patio, 2) purchased additional sauté pans (because one wasn’t enough), 3) purchased unnecessary place mats at your request (granite and glass surfaces throughout the dining room), and 4) purchased additional glass Tupperware (because plastic isn’t good enough). At every turn we tried to accommodate, even your most unreasonable of requests because we try to ensure that our guests feel welcomed at our home. Fortunately, our past guests’ reviews are a testament to our quality and show that you your discourteousness is a “you” problem rather than a “us” problem. We would not host you for another stay.

Very convenient to downtown Durango, yet quiet. Large, spacious and thoughtfully filled with amenities. The owner takes the time and trouble to make you feel welcome.
