Ocean View, Onsite Restaurants/ playground, Walkable, Secure, On Trolley Route

You are going to love this spot! The Condo is in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, a resort with so much, there's no need to leave. If you decide to venture out, take advantage of the FREE, airconditioned trolley that picks up at the resort every 30 minutes or utilize the onsite bike rental. This quiet, top-floor condo is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing (including an elevator in case the stairs aren't your idea of a vacation). Here are the details:

At the beach: umbrella and beach chair rentals are available.

When you're not at the beach:
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort boasts the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kids pool next to it. A more private pool is located on the south side of the resort. The playground is perfect for all ages- kids can climb, swing or play basketball. In addition to the 8 tennis courts, the resort also has 6 pickleball courts, and a fitness center. If that's not enough, guests can enjoy corn hole, sand volleyball, wildlife viewing, or one of the fun resort activities such as live music, dive-in movies by the pool or dance party.

On site food/drinks:
HHB&T has Two restaurants (one with a full dinner menu and outdoor dining), a Beach Bar (which also has a lunch menu), AND an Ice Cream Hut (my kids' get a treat when they let mom sleep in).

If you decide to leave the resort:
Hilton Head is full of fantastic trails for biking/walking/running and HHB&T offers onsite bike rentals. There are more restaurants/shops and even a mini golf course within walking distance. My favorite way to see the island is to take The Breeze, Hilton Head's FREE Air-Conditioned trolley, which stops at the resort every 30 minutes.

Time to Relax:
When you are ready to rest, enjoy the queen bed, bunk beds or new pull out sofa bed (just purchased May, 2023). The kitchen is equipped with basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Log into your Netflix, Hulu or other TV provider from one of the two TVs located in the unit.

The property has 24 hour security onsite. Laundry is available on the second floor.
