Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and worked perfectly for our family. Having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms was a huge plus, especially with everyone getting ready in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved having coffee out on the private balcony. The community was quiet and peaceful, the pool was great, and getting to the beach was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We will be back

We really enjoyed our week here. The villa was larger than we expected and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances, the beds were comfortable, and having TVs in the rooms was nice when everyone wanted to relax at the end of the day. We spent a lot of time at the community pool and loved being so close to the beach. The location is also convenient to Seaside, Deer Lake State Park and some of our favorite restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this property for a family trip to 30A.

Perfect

Perfect place for two families traveling together! The bedroom setup was exactly what we needed—the king suite was spacious, another couple had the queen room, and the kids shared the room with two full beds. Best of all, every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made the house feel much more private. The kitchen and living area gave us plenty of room to hang out together, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The gated community was peaceful, and we were only a short trip from the beach and everything along 30A.

Excellent, would highly recommend

We had a great time at this villa! We love the layout of the villa, the pool and private beach access, and the lower number of units. It has a very private feel, which we appreciate. If I could make any suggestions for improvement of guest experience, I would say to update the cookware: we did a lot of cooking and most of the pans have the nonstick coating peeling off. I would also suggest to update the porch furniture. One chair was broken and the table & chairs set was very rusty. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning!
