Family friendly, the entire house was very clean, and great location on the sound side. Highly recommend staying at this home.

Great stay!

The house has absolutely everything, it is comfortable and nicely decorated. Close to everything. Hosts are very responsive and eager to help. We had a great stay!

Clean, pet friendly place

Wish we’d been there longer, but it was a lovely place. Great common space, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great place.

Place was clean and beautiful the host were very responsive 10/10 recommend nothing bad to say about it! Only thing is wish there was a bbq grill other then that perfect place to enjoy OBX

Beautiful place

This is a wonderful setting for a family to stay together. The rooms are spacious and the living room is perfect for your family to enjoy each others company. It is so clean, and the managers are easy to contact and keep the place updated and clean.

Weekend getaway

We had an impromptu weekend getaway from the hustle of everyday life. The peace and tranquility at the beach was the rejuvenation we needed.

Wedding planning

Had a wonderful few days planning and meeting those involved in marrying us for 2025. This home was great and was very comfortable and accommodating for our needs. Great place.

Wonderful communication with owners

We stayed upstairs in this condo. Beautiful inside and out. We loved the fenced in backyard for our pet!

We enjoyed our stay in this super clean home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes needed to prepare home cooked meals for our family of 5. Communication was so fast, including immediately fixing the one minor issue we had. (Battery died in the door keypad). Their suggestions of activities and directions to see the beautiful sunset were perfect to keep us entertained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

High Tide was a fantastic experience. Very clean, beautiful home in a friendly beach neighborhood just a short distance from grocery store, shopping and the water. Hosts were very accommodating. Would deff book here in the future!

Many options

First impression was very clean and inviting. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. My grandkids said the beds were a little firm for them but they slept very well. The location was close to so many things and Amber sent a list of ideas. Which was great. The amenities was great too. I would highly recommend this place! Very satisfied

Last minute welcome from storm

We were camping and two days it was going to rain and storm significantly so we decided to get a rental for the remainder of our stay at OBX, we were fortunate that this was open and met our needs perfectly. Many features like washer and dryer available with free soap was a cool luxury included, along with many more items included. We will keep this property in mind when we come again, much thanks!

Clean priced to perfection place

We had a great stay here. Their house was very well organized and i appreciated the space it had. A 3 bedroom was great. Downside was it only had one twin bed and not the two as described. Inside was super clean and all the plates and glasses we needed for the weekend. They were all the same kind and not an assortment like at some VRBOs I've been to. Almost walking distance to a publix. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

Thank you for writing such a great review for us! We are so sorry that you did not notice that the twin bed has a trundle bed underneath it. You pull it out from underneath and it pops right up.
