Lovely 2BR/2BA Gulf front condo in the E building of Dunes of Panama. It provides a beautiful view of the crystal white beaches and emerald green water. Wonderful balcony over looking the Gulf. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with pullout twin underneath. There is also a new sleeper sofa. It includes a breakfast bar, washer and dryer, and is fully furnished. It is within a few miles of St. Andrews park. Minutes from entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and the all new Pier Park and International Airport.

The property has 3 swimming pools on site. One of which is heated.

**There is a minumum age requirement of 24 years old to rent this unit.

No Balcony access!

Unknowingly to us, Construction on building E has been in the works since January according to the Dunes office. Affecting balcony access during May and June. I was in contact with the host about a military discount that she kindly gave but said nothing about No balcony access! If they would have told me this I would have never booked this room without access to the balcony during our vacation! We arrived 5/18/24 to find the balcony doors locked from the outside! I immediately text the host and contacted VRBO with no solution. 1st thing the next morning I went to the Dunes office to see if they had another room available with balcony access! They did but since I didn’t book through them to begin with, I had to contact VRBO again, for them to contact host and negotiate a refund to book another room! The measly amount of a refund she gave me in No WAY compensated me for wasting 2 days of my vacation trying to get out of a falsely advertised condo and paying for another one that we could actually enjoy an ocean front balcony condo! This was not my fault and I should have been fully refunded! Who pays for balcony access and not get it? So if you’re staying here and want balcony access, Ask before booking!!

Overall a great place

Check in would be easier if paperwork would be emailed. The condo is very nice, great location, really friendly staff, and the pool was very nice.

Great location

We had a great stay, the location is away from the busy area of PCB. Less traffic and people which was nice. Great and timely communication with the property owner.

Great place to stay!! Balcony has an awesome view and even though we were on the 15th floor you could still hear the waves and watch the shoreline for sea life. Owners were easy to work with. Would stay here again!!

My first day was spent cleaning the condo. I washed all beddin. I took pictures.

Renting was fine. Owner was nice. Sent cleaning woman back who was not happy. I told her she could go. I was almost done anyway. Loved pool deck. Condo needs deep clean and updating. Owner was mgr. Of this condo. 1505 East.

Very quiet

was a nice quiet place never had a problem with hearing neighbors through the wall or anything, had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and a clean beach would definitely recommend

Just got back from a week of staying right on the beach. Besides the beach and the pool, I loved sitting on our balcony and looking out over the ocean and listening to the waves. We had everything we needed in our condo and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had the best time!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was lovely and had EVERYTHING we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The owners were courteous and answered any questions we had. It was a great trip.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything you could need. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths and even toiletries in case you had forgotten them. The view was amazing from our balcony. The owners were very easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. If I have to say anything negative about this place...and it’s really a struggle to find anything...I would have to say the TV in the 2nd bedroom was small but who even goes to the beach to watch TV?? Love love love this place!

Gorgeous views, nice condo at Dunes of Panama

Had a great vacation. The owners were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Very nice condo and gorgeous views. Nice amenities on property too. Had a couple of issues with cleaning when we first arrived but resolved these with the owners who were prompt to respond and contact the cleaning agency. Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful week visit

We were very pleased with this condo. We had never stayed at this resort before and would again. The owners were very nice and helpful. The condo comfortable and clean. Wonderful view. Equipped with everything you could need in kitchen and bedrooms. I want to come back already.
