This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

great location on Fernandina Beach

Stayed one week at this condo - great location and very clean and updated condo. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome basket and extra supplies. Loved walking the beach and heading into the historic district for food and shopping.

Great spot on the beach

Clean, cute condo in a good location! We loved that they provided beach chairs & toys and even had some snacks / waters/ coffee for us at check in. Bradley was helpful and we had a great stay!

February in Fernadina

This was the perfect beach front winter escape from central NY's snow. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. The side balcony provides a great view and sounds of the ocean. Peaceful neighborhood and perfect location on the island w/short drives to the North/South beaches and quaint downtown. Gorgeous sunrises. Brad was so attentive and his welcome gift basket appreciated, as were the beach chairs and towels. So very happy I found this property

Great location, newly renovated

This property was perfect for our 4 day trip. The condo was comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Right on the beach, and we could see the ocean from the master bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for family vacation

Bradley’s condo was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property is located steps from the beach, which was so great with young children. The pool area was also nice and had lots of toys for our kids to use. I loved having coffee on the porch in the morning watching the sun rise over the ocean. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Amelia Island.

Great place to relax

Husband and I had a great time staying here and relaxing after a busy summer of working. Everything was clean and communication was great. All needs were met!! Go eat at The Patio and at Salt!! Those were our favorites!!!

The property was everything that was described. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach stay. Walk out to the beach. Close to everything for fun, dining and shopping.

This condo was a great find right on the water. The condo was very clean and as described. The host was amazing at communication and even left us a great snack basket!

Great condo and great owner!

Brad was incredible with his communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. He even shipped an item we left back to my family member. The condo is in immaculate condition, probably the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in at Amelia Island.

The property was just as photographed. It was very clean and close to the beach, town and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated with easy parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and great location

Like the title says, the condo is beautiful and also well appointed. It is right on the beach and has a great view of the ocean. I loved the view from the deck. It is also a short walk from a couple restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Close ocean condo

This was a very clean condo that was super close to the beach. They went above and beyond and provided beach toys and extra snacks for our family. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Great Getaway

We go somewhere every year for Thanksgiving and chose Amelia Island. We are glad we did. Super convenient location, with easy access to the beach. Nice and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay there! Thanks!

This was a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. It was very clean and well equipped with anything that you may need. Brad was always just a text or call away! He was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this place!
