Applewood - Very conveniently located near the main gate for the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Applewood has a very large yard complete with outdoor seating around a fire pit where families can enjoy campfires under the stars.

This home is a classic farmhouse style that has been updated with modern conveniences. Your host has created a welcoming ambiance. The interior has wood floors throughout, an inviting country kitchen, a dining room, and two living rooms.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are all on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, a second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Both baths have a tub and a shower.

Your host lives in an apartment (that is totally private from the main house) in the back of the building - she is close by if you need any assistance.

Location was fantastic. The house was quaint and clean and was perfect for my family. The house is very old but we really enjoyed it and had a great stay!

Conveniently located to Cooperstown Dreams Park

We enjoyed our stay at Applewood. It is perfect for families and right across the street from Cooperstown Dreams Park which made going back and forth to the park very easy and convenient. The house was clean and comfortable and our host Jan was very responsive to our text messages and needs. Would highly recommended staying here!

Perfect location right across from Dreams park!

We had a great experience staying in this cute home 1 min away from the field. Also just a quick 10 min drive to Cooperstown downtown area and close by several restaurants! The house had everything you need. Games for the kids. An outdoor area with grass and a basketball hoop! Laundry in the basement as well as a ping pong table. We enjoyed our stay. The landlord was very attentive at fulfilling our needs when asked as well. Would recommend to all!

Location, location!

You truly can’t beat the location—right across the street from Dreams Park, making coming and going incredibly easy. From the moment we walked in, the house felt like home. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jan, the owner, lives in the apartment behind the house and was available if we needed anything, which was reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great place! Great location! Great host!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect if you’re playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s directly across the street with many amenities close by (pizza, grocery store, etc.). The host was responsive to any questions we had and the house has been everything you need to make meals and feel comfortable. Finally, the house is VERY clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Double cooperstown champions

We have stayed here twice in 2022 and 2024 and both times have had a great stay. Jan is great, plus this house is good luck we have won both times we have stayed here lol. Very comfortable and across the street from the park, very convenient to be able to go to and from the park. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Farm House Close to Dreams Park

We stayed here since my 3 kids were at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This was so convenient to our needs as the farm house is across the street. The house is very simple yet had all the comfort needed for a week. Very well proportioned. The owner is a gem and was very nice to give us the checkin and out instructions.

We needed to be close to Cooperstown’s Dreams park and this was right across the street. So very convenient for us since we had 3 kids playing and needed to be near to run back and forth between games. The property is an old but very comfortable farm house and had all the amenities we needed for a week.

Janet was an amazing host, and very responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and/or coming up for the Cooperstown Experience. The home is in an excellent location and is very cozy!
