Great place for our group! Good location and the house was perfect for us - comfortable and lots of space, hot tub was clean, private beach was lovely, everything was close by.

Great stay for large families. Lots of fun things do around the area and right at the house. Beach was an easy walk. Can’t beat those sunsets.

Great location in a beautiful area. Will definitely go back again to this lovely home. Nick was responsive and when we had a slight glitch he took care of it promptly.

Great home, as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Nick was accessible and very helpful when we needed something. The home is a 5 minutes from lake Michigan and access requires going down and back up about 100 steps. Wasn't an issue but something to be aware of. The private beach is great! I highly recommend the property and will be booking again for next summer's family vacation.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

Close to everything, great walking and biking and beach. Our family of 13 ranging in age from 6-76 had a great time here.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

So comfortable, well suppled, lovely furnishings, beautiful beach 2 minute walk away, great location for sightseeing and shopping, immaculate hot tub, lots of outdoor seating areas, fabulous game room……..everyone loved our stay here!

Great spot near the lake, golf and quaint MI towns

We enjoyed staying in this clean and perfect for 8 adults house. Hot tub was hot and clean, all that we needed for amenities were there and owners were in great communication and wonderful to work with!

Great place near Lake Michigan

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving break with family at this nice house near Lake Michigan. We loved using the fireplace in the living room while playing board games and watching football all weekend.

Saugatuck Retreat

This spacious property was perfect for our extended family's vacation. Close proximity to Lake Michigan, it's nice hot tub. outdoor fire pit and lots of games made for a very fun time for 4 generations of family members.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We do an annual mother/daughter Mother’s Day trip at different locations. There were nine of us this year. We absolutely loved this house! It was so spacious and very clean! We would definitely recommend!! Beautiful grounds and close to the lake with gorgeous sunsets!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Nick's home, it was a peaceful retreat in the woods with a short walk to private beach access. Everything was clean and as described! Nick was friendly and extremely communicative. We will definitely return!

This home is lovely. Plenty of room for all of us. The lower level offered activities...pool, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball. The hot tub was conveniently located. Plenty of gathering space. Very clean. Nice location. Friendly, helpful host

Saugatuck 2025

We held a weeklong family reunion. The house is terrific. There are several large rooms for gathering people along with porches and a back deck. The lake is just a short walk away.

Wow! What a neighborhood. We loved Douglas, and the beach access here is just amazing. We swam in Lake MI every day. The beach was perfect for our kids (ages 7-13). There was a nice sandbar that was about 100ft from shore that our kids loved to swim to.

Wonderful location

The home was beautiful and spacious. Had 9 people in the home. Together time was great and when we wanted separate time plenty of room to retreat. Everything we need was provided. Would stay again.

Great Place!

We loved the house. The layout is great and very family reunion friendly! Having the game area in the basement is a real treat. Of course you can’t beat the sunsets on the lake. We utilized the fire pit and the grill multiple times.

Lovely stay

The house was perfect for our needs. Twelve women who wanted to get away. Close to Saugatuck and Douglas with great shopping and restaurants. We're able to see a beautiful sunset. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. Nick was very responsive to every little question we had. Would definitley stay there again.
