This was our 2nd time staying at the Seabreeze Veranda and won’t be the last! We absolutely love this place—it is clean, quiet, convenient to EVERYTHING. We were so sad to leave and already talking about our next visit!

Exceeded all expectations. Great layout for 8 to 10 people. More than roomy enough to enjoy the company of all at the same time and not feel crowded into one space. Bedrooms, bathrooms - all immaculate and comfortable. Great location. Would certainly go back.

We had such a wonderful week at the Seabreeze Veranda! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the many board games available to play! The hosts provided beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach tent and boogie boards, which was so nice. The location also cannot be beat - right by Aunt Betty’s, Blitz’s, Uncle Bill’s, Nauti Donuts and a boardwalk entrance. We would absolutely stay here again!

Once again we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Seabreeze Veranda. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. The home had all the amenities we could ask for. With easy access to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants our days were busy and ended with evenings on the beautiful veranda.

Perfect getaway!!

Absolutely gorgeous home with everything you could want/need for a wonderful beach vacation. The location was perfect as well. Can’t wait to get back one day!!

The condo was beautiful. Location was perfect. Only minor complaint was not enough extra blankets and pillows. Thanks so much for an enjoyable, relaxing family vacation. Also kudos for the fantastic weather-could not have been more perfect

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric and Jo’s home. It’s beautiful, clean, well appointed, spacious and a great location! Short walk to the beach and across the street from pancakes, ice cream and Blitz’s…yet still nice and quiet! Super responsive owners throughout the entire process too. Definitely the best we’ve found over the years and we look forward to returning!!

Fun in OC!

We were very pleased with the Seabreeze home. It was clean, bright, roomy and had comfy beds (which is not always easy to find)! We had a lovely time and would definately consider renting again if possible. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great place, great location!

This place is great, was the perfect location, can walk to the beach & can walk to the market. Is in a great quiet location. The place is very clean, has everything you need. Bedrooms are a great size, TVs in every room. Large garage & outside shower. Decks are great. Is a great place!

Perfect Vacation

Traveling from the Midwest to renew and create new memories the Seabreeze Veranda was the setting for our wonderful vacation. Beautifully appointed with all the amenities, including beach essentials and a lovely remembrance gift. Evenings on the veranda and rooftop sunsets ended our beach and activity filled days Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return someday.

Second Stay

For the second year we had a wonderful time at Seabreeze Veranda. The home is extremely well located and equipped, there is very little one needs to bring other than sunshine. The home is up-to-date, spotless and and the hosts are gracious, responsive and helpful. Can't wait to go again.

Ocean serenity

Great property, just as advertised with spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen and 4 bedrooms. A few blocks from ocean and 1 block from ice cream! Owners were responsive and quickly dealt with a maintenance issue during our stay. Would definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my husband, two grown daughters, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters (10 yo & 11 months). The home was clean and the perfect size. We could easily walk to the beach and appreciated that some beach amenities were available to us. Eric and Josephine were easy to reach prior to our stay with some simple questions and promptly responded. We would definitely come back!

Great OC Getaway

Great location and house! Kitchen, rooms, appliances, and outdoor decks were great. Grill was clean and had plenty of propane. Owners supplied nice beach chairs and provided tags for staying on the beach. Beach was in walking distance of house and there is also a convenience store, pancake restaurant, and ice cream place also within walking distance. I would stay here again and the entire family had a wonderful vacation. Thank-you!

Great condo!

What a wonderful week in ocean city! The condo was just as described. Spacious, clean and up to date. With little kids the garage was a huge plus to put their bikes and beach toys. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the condo. We would definitely rent again!

Seabreeze

Exceeded expectations, pictures do not convey how nice the property is. Kitchen and bathrooms are lovely, new and clean. Furnishings and appliances are top tier. Location is superb and wonderful for little ones with Uncle Bills Pancake House and Aunt Bettys Ice Cream just a short block away. A great place to make memories.

Perfect stay

My family and I had the greatest stay at this property in OCNJ! Traveled with kids ages 0-11 and it was perfect, super close to the beach, across the street from an ice cream and amazing donut shop! So convenient with young kids. Property was amazing, clean and had all the essentials, roof top deck was awesome! They even let us check in early to accommodate our kids and their naps, it was perfection :) thanks!
