Welcome to Sunny Shores, your idyllic short-term rental retreat nestled on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Sea Pines! As you arrive, a spacious driveway surrounded by lush trees sets the stage for a peaceful escape. Step through the inviting red front door into a large foyer, and the journey into luxury and comfort begins.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan with soaring vaulted ceilings adorned in rich wood, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase breathtaking views of the Heron Point golf course, seamlessly merging the indoors with the beauty of the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, is a culinary haven with multiple dining options. Enjoy meals at the kitchen table in a charming glass nook, pull up a stool to the waterfall countertop, or gather around the large dining table leading to the spacious living room. The living area offers ample seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a 65" TV for entertainment.

Step through the slider off the kitchen to discover the expansive back deck, complete with a grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and panoramic views of trees and the golf course—a perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply relaxing.

Venture left from the foyer to find a convenient stacked washer and dryer combination, and continue down the hall to the primary suite. This luxurious sanctuary features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an attached spa-like bathroom with a large glass shower and a generous soaking tub. Just before the primary suite, a short set of stairs leads to a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private deck.

Additional comfort awaits in the living room's short set of stairs, leading to two more guest rooms each with private bathrooms. The first on the right boasts a king bed, attached bathroom with a shower-bathtub combination, TV, and a fireplace (please note, fireplace use is prohibited). The second on the left features a king bed, TV, a private small screened-in porch with seating, and a large attached bathroom with a bathtub and a glass shower that opens to yet another private deck. You read that correctly - you step through the shower to the private deck!

For added entertainment, a short set of stairs leads down to a private basement den with a 65" flat-screen TV—a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby bike path leading to the Sea Pines Beach Club in under 5 minutes. While Sunny Shores doesn't have a private pool, a pass to the Harbour Town Pool is included, providing a fantastic alternative. The Harbour Town Pool, with convenient on-site parking, invites you to relax and rejuvenate in style. Where is Sunny Shores located?

Sunny Shores is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (0.8 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (1.5 miles by car, 5 minutes on bike), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.6 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

This house has access to the Harbour Town Pool, which is located at 1 Lighthouse Lane, a 6-minute, 2.4 mile drive from the home. There is parking available at the pool area.

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Sunny Shores upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Sunny Shores.

Note: While Sunny Shores does not have a private pool, there is a pool pass to the Harbour Town Pool included in the rental.
