Walking around to everything! 3 mins to Trader Joe's, and AMC Theater, and surrounded by various restaurants, bus tops and a gas station. 10 mins walking distance to UW Seattle Campus.

A neighborhood of single-family townhouses that are separated by small gardening areas. Neighbors are friendly and mannered. Easy access to supermarkets, bus stations, park, and entertainment.

The parking spot is at the back of the building. There is a sign on the wall at the spot that says "4723".

You can travel around by foot, by bus, or by private vehicle with no difficulty.

Spacious well equipped modern property perfect base for exploring Seattle

The host was very attentive and allowed us check in early on request. The property was bright and welcoming with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two nights stay in this apt, spacious, clean, beds and sofas are very comfortable and great location.Communication and check-ins/out were so smooth.The host is very generous, this apt is well equipped with all the essentials needed for what you would expect in your own home. We felt our stay is sweet home away from home.Will stay again in the future when in the area, high recommended.

Checking out U District

Access in and around Seattle was easy, blocks off I-5. Trader Joes less than a block away was great, as were many restaurants and coffee places. Donut shop a block away was awesome. University Avenue and Campus are truly short walks. Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This was such a great place to stay. We were in town for camps at UW and this was so close. I would advise the provided parking spot is great but not meant for large vehicles like my Yukon XL. Street parking was hard to find for my vehicle in the area. But will definitely stay again at the home next year!

Directions to the unit were thorough, check-in was easy, and the unit was clean and well supplied. On one of our nights, the oven stopped working. We messaged the number provided and someone was out within an hour or so with a countertop oven for us to use for the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the timeliness and speed of response. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Seattle U-district was a win

Great spot for Seattle visit. Three blocks away to the train and a 15 minute ride to downtown. U-district has everything and more you’ll want without having the downtown hustle hassle. Came to watch the blue Jays games (fantastic games but we lost 2 of 3) and it was super slick to get I and get out of the stadium from here. When you go make sure to try Voula’s Offshore Cafe for breakfast!!

U district townhouse

It was a well-appointed kitchen, which was great for us as we did lots of cooking for family over holiday weekend. The one thing that anyone should know is it is three stories, bathroom and two bedrooms on floor two and master suite on floor 3. So please be sure you can do stairs. Otherwise it was a very lovely place to stay

Great location for what we had planned. Nice place with lots of room. Nice hosts who responded immediately.One issue we had was the AC was only on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second and third floors so it was miserable to try and sleep on Friday as it was hot that day and evening. Not as uncomfortable on Saturday because the temp had gone down.It was never mentioned in the description that the place had three floors and that there was no bathroom on the first floor. We are not young and had to carry our luggage up one - two flights of stairs. I would not have rented the place had I known about all the stairs. The pics did not show the stairs either. Finally there was only one parking spot, but we easily found street parking.

This was the perfect base camp for my family to explore Seattle. Easy access to the light rail to visit the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden, Pike Place Market, and T-Mobile Park for a Mariners game. Short walking distance to the University of Washington campus. The unit was very clean, plenty of amenities, and space for everyone to spread out in the evenings/night to unwind. The host is very friendly and quick to respond.The unit is also located close to a grocery store allowing us to grab snacks, breakfast, and dinner for the nights we ate in. Several good restaurants close by to grab dinner, breakfast, pastries, and coffee. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the near future to explore more of Seattle.
