This property was just as described. The realty company was very communicative via emails and text. You do have to pickup check-in packets at the realty office but it was only .5 mile away from the property. Will check availability here first for any future visits.

Late December last minute getaway.

The unit is easy to get in and out of from the front and back entrance. There is a beautiful view of the gulf throughout most of the condo. Only suggests would be to have a Keurig option of coffee and a hairdryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We didn’t stay at the property we booked because the property management company contacted me ahead of time and said the balcony was going to be under construction, so I never stayed at Ocean Breeze, but I can’t edit that. We stayed at Sandy Key and it was great except the quality of the beds in the secondary bedroom. Very clean and kitchen was well-stocked.

Great location

Location was good! Short walk to the beach. No problems. Condo does need some updates starting with the coil spring mattresses! A few of the tiles in the bathroom were broken and the sliding shower doors were bad looking. The recliners were very old and noisy. Overall it was a good trip but probably won’t stay here again mostly due to not getting much sleep on the old noisy mattress.

The condo, access, communication and ground level floor were wonderful. I don't think I will ever be able to stay at a large scale high rise property again. Ground floor with a fenced grassy area was beyond ideal with a toddler. We could bird watch in the dunes yet still see over the dunes and have an ocean view. Sunsets were immaculate. Fenced areas with codes to keep you and children safe. The condo was simple and comfortable.Small details I noticed: -As a ground floor unit I really needed a secondary lock system or door chain to be able to secure the front door from the inside. -I also would have liked extra blankets in the closets.-Patio furniture does not have to be fancy - but this could have been maintained better -- just aesthetics wise for the condo association and renters.I don't want the comments above to distract from the fact that I would absolutely rebook this unit and found every aspect of it well worth it!

Family Beach Vacation

We stayed here August 2024 and over all it was a great stay. The condo was clean. The view and being so close to the beach was great.We had an issue with the master bedroom tv, but they were easy to contact and they took care of it within an hour. My only complaint is out of the 6 days we stayed,3 of the days, they had some sort of maintenance people come into the condo for checks on various things. Not a big deal but it became more of just an annoyance. We would stay here again.

We love OBW but had some utility issues

We have stayed at OBW multiple times a year for the last 4yrs. We love the location and check-in/out process. This was the first time a unit has had any issues. It started with a hot water heater issue (during office hours) that lead to an AC issue (after hours). The property management was great about answering the phone promptly and sending out maintenance techs. Both times, the guys were great. The reason for my 3 star overall rating is that I feel these issues possibly could have been prevented if proper inspection of electrical boxes, drains, piping, etc had been done.

Our team would like to apologize again for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us, it is very seldom that we have maintenance or repair issues, because we are diligent about our inspections and proactive care. That said, the unit you rented had recently been upgraded to a new water heater, and we had to retrofit the utility space for the new oversized heater. The electrical and plumbing contractors AND local inspector missed something in the installation process, that no one caught until the unit was in full use and you reported the issue. We can not Thank You enough for your patience and graciousness in dealing with the problem, the entire team reported that you were more than helpful and understanding. Sometimes things are truly outside of our control, and we appreciate how you handled that. All the Best, Perdido Realty Vacations

Definitely a favorite

Best location ever! Everything you need within a short drive/walk, and still a peaceful beach to relax on. Excellent access from the room. Plenty of room for our family and very clean. Was a little concerned when we got the message that pest control company would be accessing all rooms to service- seeing as how I had a teenage girl that would be in the room while we were on the beach- but never saw them. Cleaning crew had to be told twice that we were checking out at 10 and not before. I wasn’t crazy about having to reiterate that to them. Be aware that they do not allow more than one parking pass and are very strict about it. Closest additional parking is a short drive (but not a short walk) and will cost 20 per 24 hr. I feel like those details should be more impressed with pricing. Additional 80 for us just to park- not an expense usually considered. Even after these few things- I hope to stay there next time we visit.
