Just finished my stay here and it was exactly what I needed. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beautiful views of the beach and the sound. Had everything I needed, and the hot tub was a really nice bonus after long days. Nice spot for a recharge. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay there again. Just a few things to note the two bedrooms upstairs on the main floor are very small. More for children than adults. But I’d stay again as an adult couple bc of the very easy and close walk to the beach and the pool. Beautiful views out of all the rooms.

We spent a week here and the experience was great! The oceanfront views were amazing - We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the waves. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. The convenience to the pool was perfect. We did have a few small issues, but the host answered quickly and resolved them for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Warning for next renters we got folliculitis from the unsanitary hot tub. The place does have a beautiful view.

Hi Tanya, I truly apologize that the hot tub may have caused you any problems. We have it professionally cleaned after each guest. I wish you had brought this to my attention while you were at the house so I could have had the spa company come back again. Beautiful location. Easy access to the beach and pool. Amazing views. Two king rooms were great. Two other bedrooms were very small with no closet and not much room to move around. Elevator was awesome! Could have used more towels. We had ten people and only towels for eight. And only one towel, washcloth and hand towel per person. Water filter needed replacing which never happened during our stay. Would sacrifice small rooms for the view and easy beach access. Just wish I’d been aware. I’d definitely stay again!!

It was a great week!! The house, decor and the elevator A* (was wonderful for my 87 year old mother!) The hospitality and correspondence were also greatly appreciated!

Christmas-time Getaway

This was a perfect place for our family getaway! We have two college-aged kids, and wanted to find a way to spend a few days isolated as a family. This was an excellent choice. The house was clean and well furnished, you could not ask for a better spot on the beach, and it was close to groceries and restaurants. The hot tub was a fun way to spend a chilly night, as well.

Short Notice

It was a last min family decision to go out of town, we are 2 hrs away and had the best time on such a short notice and Denise was wonderful thru the whole booking process! Will definitely be back!! Even our little fur baby had a great time.

Peaceful Easy Stay

The home was welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Not one complaint, as this was our 3rd year at North Topsail. My husband says it's the only place we've stayed that everything works and he was right. Thank you all sincerely for our peaceful stay and we're looking forward to next year.

Nice view

House was very nice as far as amenities and updates. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. Hot tub was nice but it was outside of main bedroom which means everyone is in and out of the main bedroom to get in.

Perfect Week - Perfect Place

Everything went so smoothly with this rental. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen EXTREMELY well-appointed. Everything was clean - beds, baths, kitchen and its gear. Elevator came in handy for our pup. Access to the beach is easy and steps away and the waves were perfect during our stay :) Very very very good communication with the property manager - best we've ever encountered. This was a perfect week on the quiet end of Topsail.

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well appointed waterfront condo especially the elevator. The welcome bag was stocked with everything we needed. The sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound were amazing. The only suggestion we have is to put reflective tape on the edges of the triangular stairs at the 1st and 2nd landings. Communication with management was excellent.
