This beautiful million dollar cottage is just one house from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. While it is only 400 square feet the elevated wrap around deck outside the double French doors turns the family room in to an indoor outdoor space with an amazing view of the white water.
We have appointed the cottage and added amenities for couples who are willing to pay a little more to have the very best. It comes fully stocked with everything you could need including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with all types of wine, champagne and martini glasses. Our goal is for this to be the nicest vacation rental on the beach and based on the reviews we believe we have succeeded.
There is no reason to rent a condo with people beside and above you when you can rent this stand alone cottage on a very peaceful court.
Parking is a one car garage with an 8' wide opening and will fit a vehicle up to 17'.
We have limited the occupancy of our one bedroom one bath cottage to two adults. It is the absolute perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want to have friends over we limit the additional guests to 4 being a total of 6. This is due to noise ordinances that are strictly enforced.

Lovely spot. We were able to watch the sunset from our little deck chairs. The cottage is small but well appointed. The weather was very warm during our visit and it would have been nice to have the option of A/C. The location is pretty nice. Very close to a nice beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I were looking for a place to live like a local. This cottage was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The owners had all of the toys we needed as if it was our own house. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Mission Beach several times in the past. This cottage, one of the last of its kind, was the best we’ve stayed at. You can watch the ocean right from the front porch. Any question we had was responded to promptly. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation.

The location was steps from the boardwalk and beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. A nice sunny deck. We would stay there again.

Such a fun and amazing place to stay with my wife. Amazing views of the ocean from the front deck.This property offers a truly wonderful experience for guests. The accommodations are beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a pleasant visit. It is a delightful location for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this exceptional place to stay. Can't wait to book again. Thank you

Excellent for a couple get-away

This is our third visit to this beautiful cottage. It is well appointed, very clean, and the location is unparalleled. We absolutely love it here and have already made our reservations for next year. Thank you Ross and Lori for another wonderful visit
