Great stay

We had a great stay in the condo. Very clean great location. The grounds are so well kept. We have stayed in these units before, but this is the first time being in one bedroom. It was nice having two full bathrooms. The unit does have an umbrella to beach chairs, and some random snorkeling gear. There’s equipped with everything you would need. There’s a nice barbecue area which we did not use but many did. It’s such a peaceful place and never crowded. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was just as advertised and then some. The check in process was easy, smooth, not complicated. The hosts were perfect to work with. Communication was seamless. The unit was clean, neat, and orderly. Well furnished and stocked with everything you would need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and very functional. I will definitely recommend this place and am already looking forward to planning my next stay in the near future. I feel like I have found my future vacation rental on speed dial, and will gladly recommend this to friends and family, Mahalo.

This is a beautiful condo located across the street from Kahalu'u Beach Park, one of the island's best snorkeling sites and amazing sunsets. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The veranda/porch overlooks not only the beautiful beach, but also the pool and hot tub below. Everyone was respectful at this location. You are about one mile from Kealakekua Bay, which is the site where you pick up snorkel and manta ray tours. Just make sure to pick the right group, because some of them leave at another bay about 15 minutes north from the condo; which is a mistake we made by accident. Nice restaurants are about 10 minutes away by car, but Doordash will deliver to you we found out. Communication was excellent and we appreciated all the amenities, including the beach chairs and washer/dryer. They also supply snorkels, masks and fins if needed (we brought our own). Who could ask for such a beautiful location in paradise??!! we hope to be back one day.

December stay in Kona

We had a great time! This was a very nice place to stay and they provided a lot of amenities. The snorkeling at the beach across the street was wonderful.

Very nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for my husband me. There was a problem with the water heater that was quickly responded to and resolved. Great place.

Lovely and convenient location. Well appointed, clean, and comfy spot. Pool and hot tub nice addition to being across street from great snorkel beach. One bedroom but 2 full baths and couch is pull out bed so plenty of room. Lanai looks right over pool and beach, loved Al fresco dining. We used BBQ down by pool to cook in addition to using stoves. Hosts attentive and welcoming. This is my 3rd stay and will be back. Thank you!

Relaxing vacation

Best location on kona side

This condo is directly across the street from the best snorkel beach on the west side. The most stunning view ever. Walk across the street to the beach!

Beautiful condo, great view, right above the pool with was nice, some of the best snorkeling across the street, close to everything in Kona, responsive and courteous managers. Highly recommend this spot!! Especially for kids with the pool and the snorkeling!

Wonderful Week

Ideally located, clean , well-equipped condo directly across the street from a great snorkeling spot. The unit is comfortable, with a lanai offering wonderful ocean views, especially at sunset. Easy access to major roads for trips to other parts of the island. We’re happy to have had the opportunity to stay here, and hope we can return!

Wonderful Stay

This condo has the best location on the Big Island. Right across from a great snorkeling beach and close to the Keahou Shopping Center and downtown Kona. The condo has everything you need and it is very clean. The view from the balcony is stunning. This is our third time staying at this condo and we love it.

Appreciated the good pre visit communication; great location, good bed and linens, good kitchen and sports/beach amenities. Some issues with toilet handles (not shutting off water well), fridge is getting old (funky doors), and found items missed by cleaners (e.g. used plastic water bottle in bedrm, dishes clean but still in dishwasher).

Relax Renew

À wonderful time. We always feel like we are home when we are here. This is our condo of choice when visiting Kona. It is close town and the view is beautiful. Very well appointed, clean,and welcoming .

Wonderful Kona Condo

Wonderful condo right across the street from Kahalu'u Park with views of the ocean, beach, snorkeling, and surfing. The unit had everything you need for a nice Hawaiian vacation. Beautiful pool and barbecue area. Very clean and well maintained unit and grounds.

Great Villa!

Loved it! Great little villa. Very nice and cozy. Only way to stay. So nice having a kitchen and washer and dryer. Great location as well! Definitely coming back soon!

Good Ocean Front Location

Right across from a beginner’s snorkeling beach. Easy driving for groceries and restaurants. Walking along the ocean drive is pleasant but can get busy. Excellent lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Quiet at night and easy parking.
