Perfect location in Nashville! Especially ideal if you will be parking multiple vehicles and you need to be able to walk to places like the stadium or restaurants.

This house was just as advertised and it was so much fun staying in “Deacon’s house”! The house it also nicely located to everything downtown so taking an uber was very easy and smooth.

If you stay here, you kind of get the best of both worlds. You are in a nice residential neighborhood, but with short and picturesque walk over the river, there you are right in downtown Nashville. One other thing – the place has an AMZING shower… you will not want to get out!

Outstanding venue, perfect for quick trips downtown, or hanging on the East side which by the way is a gem in itself. Place was immaculate, check in easy, owner suoer nice!

We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard and were super happy that we could walk from the house downtown without too much trouble. A lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! The location was perfect and made it so easy to use Lyft to get wherever we wanted to go. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for our stay.It was really hot while we were in Nashville but the A/C worked excellent and kept the house nice and comfortable. We especially loved sitting out on the deck—it was such a nice place to relax and enjoy some downtime in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a great bonus and the master shower was absolutely amazing!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Nashville. We would happily stay here again!

The property was okay. The front steps have no railing and are difficult to get up and down. The deck also has a couple of broken boards that we put the table over so we didn't trip over them. Our bedroom was clean but the mater bedroom floor was dusty under th furniture. The property has a lot of character but needs some TLC.

Cute little stay.

Deacons house was a fun stay. Small and cozy and in a great centralized location. Everything is just a short distance away. Highly recommended this stay.
