The windows in the bedroom next to beach could use some light filtering blinds, the door on the closet where washing machine and dryer are located needs replacing, need ice maker in fridge, and could use some updating but it was a place to put your head down. It was clean and had enough products to use to get you started and plenty of bath linens.

Our rooms A/C was not working properly upon arrival. Bought fans the first night, as office was closed by the time we arrived and got groceries. Called the next morning and they moved us to another room. Very nice room and reimbursed us for the fans we left. Secure premises, nice pools, easy Beach access.

Great Vacation in Panama City Beach

The property has a lot if accommodations and we felt it was a fun and safe place to stay with a lot of activities onsite and nearby.

The property is very outdated and could use a complete remodel. The rooms were dirty including the floors, baseboards, countertops, and most of the dishes and pots and pans in the cupboards which were in poor condition and dirty. There was coffee and coffee filter full of coffee left. It was poorly stocked and cupboards were very unorganized. The women’s bathroom floor in the gym was filthy.The condo needed a deep cleaning along with repainting. It appears as if nothing has been replaced since it was built. The front door was difficult to open and close. The view from the living room directly on the Gulf of America was beautiful. The pool and beach were very nice.We would never stay at this place again.Kudos to management who quickly responded and fixed the sliding door which was off track (letting beach air in and destabilizing the AC). He also was courteous and made sure the AC was working correctly. He also unblocked the bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms. Had the bathroom been properly cleaned, the sink should have been addressed before guest arrival.

We had a wonderful time. The area was great…it’s not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you could get anywhere within a few minutes. The unit was very spacious and clean. We had some issues with needing some different pans for cooking and our door code gave a little fuss but other than that it was great and we would stay again!

They said our room was ready, when we got there it in fact was not. They were replacing the AC unit. One of our toilets sprayed water everywhere when you flushed it. Had to use all of our towels to clean up the floor. First maintenance guy said it was just a “high pressure toilet” and don’t flush it as much?? Called again and the second maintenance guy (life saver) could tell the toilet was bad just looking at it and said the whole toilet needed to be replaced. Our other bathroom the toilet in there only flushed sometimes. Called multiple times and they did get us new towels but didn’t really seem to care about the toilets. A lot of stuff needs to be updated and really deep cleaned. It has potential but definitely needs a good makeover.

Week short trip

Beautiful view. Appliances,washer lid switch did not work faucets in bath rooms were dripping ,tv controllers missing batteries l,lights missing bulbs not plugged in

Good for young families

We had 4 older teens with us. There was not much for them to do in walking distance. I do not recommend coming to PCB during spring break! There were 3 separate shootings while we were here. Master bedroom bed was very hard. Bathroom sink did not drain. Not enough hot water for 6 people to take showers. Pots and pans need updated. BUT the view is beautiful. Great pools, and lots of chairs. If we had younger kids, we would be back.

The remotes were not working. We had to replace the batteries. One tv had been unplugged for some reason. Some of the lamps didn’t have bulbs so we had to do that too. The condo should be ready to use when the guests arrive. The walkways outside the condo were in need of repair and 2 of the 3 elevators stopped working while we were there. These are Regency Towers issues though.
