Beautiful 4 bedrooms 3 baths beach house, on the Oceanfront in Newport Beach. Just steps to the sand and Newport Pier.

This property has spectacular views of the beach when this unit is combined with the upper unit, which is available in multiple custom configurations and is adjacent to all major attractions. Located on the boardwalk, adjacent to additional guard gated parking. The bay, harbor, and marina is a short walk away as well.

Conveniently located close to the the top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, points of interest, and activities in Newport Beach.

Best location in Newport Beach on the Oceanfront.

Sleeps 16 is an estimate and is your responsibility to decide your comfort level and the amount of occupants you desire to occupy the unit based on individual guest size, weight, and comfort level.

Amazing beach getaway

The property was wonderful. Its location is right on the boardwalk and sand and close to everything. Right from the beginning Shauntelle was a wonderful host. She communicated quickly and thoughtfully and took care of every need and issue. We will definitely come and stay again.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend

This first floor property was very spacious. We booked this location for a combined bach party weekend. 12 people total stayed the weekend and there was enough room for everyone. Property was very communicative the week leading up to our stay. The location is very close to many amenities located in Balboa. The property was very clean and it is easily adjusted to accommodate as needed.

Excellent accommodations!

Our place at Newport Beach made for an unforgettable family trip! Our host Shauntelle made sure everything was perfect, including extra towels we requested. She even mailed us my wife’s earrings that were left behind. Going the extra mile made us realize we would stay here again without question!!

Family trip to Newport Beach

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beach house! Shauntelle was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The house itself was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, which made it simple to enjoy the beautiful weather. The location couldn’t be better, with friendly locals and close proximity to shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the prime location, and the overall comfort of the house. Family vacation 2024

This has become an annual tradition of ours to rent out a large house somewhere in the driveable area. We live in the greater Los Angeles area and love the balboa peninsula. Our host was very accommodating to our needs and to the whole stay!! Our host was so kind and warm and welcoming. The location of our rental was in the most happening and hip part of Newport Beach. We rented bikes and surfboards and jet skis all within walking district to our host house. I would absolutely recommend renting this stay!!

Our stay at Shauntelle’s beach house was nothing short of incredible. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. But what truly sets this place apart is its prime location. We spent our days lounging on the pristine beach, building sandcastles, and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The evenings were equally magical, watching breathtaking sunsets from the deck. Shauntelle was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. Location is fantastic

Great location. Right in front of the boardwalk and easy access to the beach and extra parking for guests. Balboa is so fun and lots of great food choices. Only 1.5 miles from Newport and you can walk or jog the boardwalk. Loved being so close to everything. Shauntelle (the host) was super easy to work with, kind, and helpful.

Amazing summer vacation

My family just stayed at this property and Shauntelle was a amazing host .. professional and also extremely welcoming and wanting my family to have the absolute best possible time .. She walked me through everything TV set up .. Where everything is located on the property and wanted to know if we ever needed anything.. We will be renting this house again and may make it a annual summer trip

Awesome family vacation

Shauntelle was absolutely amazing to work with. She is lovely, responsive, organized, very professional, thought of all of our needs. The Newport Beach house was also super fun and awesome! It was in a great location with lots of activities to do and everything was walkable. It was very, very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was really just a wonderful experience and trip!! We would love to stay there again and other properties Shauntelle manages!! She was really wonderful!!

Great location, close to everything. Great rental for large groups, very spacious.

Property manager (Susan) was very responsive. The location was very convenient, reducing the need to drive anywhere far away. most lings you would need are within walking distance. The floor plan is spaciously laid out, which supports larger groups. Nice rental.

21st birthday celebration at this beautiful beach house!

Overall my stay here was great, Shauntelle always answered right away when I had any questions, making checkin and my stay as easy as possible. I was able to celebrate my 21st birthday with my friends and we had a blast! Although it wasn’t as clear that the upper unit would be used, the bottom unit is still very spacious and perfect for hanging out. I highly recommend booking through her! Definitely going to be back.

Annual Labor Day trip

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Another amazing trip in the books! This particular house, by far, was our favorite stay. Walking distance to everything! Shauntelle is a great host and was thorough in our walkthrough. Appreciated her attention to detail. Great home, clean, spacious, comfortable and 3 bathrooms/showers = bonus! The entire stay from the key code entry to use of the garage to park hubs HD and our bikes was effortless. We plan to stay again! Thanks Shauntelle for making our family trip a smooth transition and most enjoyable weekend!

Best experience

The stay at this beach house was easily our best experience we’ve ever had at any rental property. All of the credit goes to our host Shauntelle for making this experience incredible for us. The house was practically right on the beach. It was also right in front of a parking lot so parking was never an issue. This house easily sleeps 16 people comfortably, and that’s only downstairs, I believe if combined with the property upstairs it would sleep double the amount, possibly more. We were here celebrating my brothers 40th bday, so our host Shauntelle was very sweet and understanding of our special requests. Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to come back again!

Rare Find

Let me begin with the fabulous host, Shauntelle. She contacted me via email and checked in several times before our arrival. Shauntelle granted my request for an early check-in AND a late check-out! In addition to extra towels, blankets, etc., she also suggested additional items that my family could use, such as beach chairs, a canopy, and umbrellas. She's a mind reader! On the day of our arrival, Shauntelle video-called and explained, in detail, all the house's amenities. She was easy to get a hold of anytime and quick to respond. Regarding the VIP service my family received, we had only booked the bottom floor of the property; however, we ended up with both floors! We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday, and my sister, brother-in-law, and baby showed up by surprise. They had booked a room in Laguna Beach, but because our family did not want them to leave, I asked Shauntelle if the upstairs was available. She called me immediately and offered the upstairs at no additional cost! We were so lucky that no one had booked the upstairs during our stay. Lastly, this house is beautiful, with breathtaking views from the upstairs balcony. It is right on the boardwalk and a few steps to the ocean, where you can hear the strong waves. This house is also conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activity rentals. We cannot thank Shauntelle enough for giving my family one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We plan to return and hopefully soon.

Loved the location & the area! My only concern was that the home description was not clear that there will be other renters who have the second story of the house and we would only have access to the bottom floor. You can hear them walking & talking all night. You are brought in through a Separate entrance from them; so you don’t have to come in contact with them. I would recommend finding the other listing and renting the top floor (if not the whole house) so you have access to the balcony/deck. The bottom floor was fine for our 10 girls but would have preferred the balcony access that I thought I signed up for. Susan was finishing up cleaning when we arrived and she was SO nice and helpful getting us checked in and helping set our door pin code for the weekend! Super friendly and did such an amazing job getting the house spotless for us. Had no issues with anything besides the home not supplying more than 3 rolls of TP for all of the bathrooms and very minimal bath towels. I would recommend bringing any extra toiletries you would normally be supplied at a rental because they do not. All of the living room couches are leather futons so that was nice for extra sleeping space when needed but you must ask for extra bedding ahead of time if you need it. Loved the location! Steps from the beach and the view would have been amazing if we had the top floor. No issues besides the clarity of the description. Photos are accurate and the home is a blast. Would definitely stay again!

Lousy view

When I reserved this over a year ago, the description said "ocean view." Well, if a parking lot view is what you want then this place is for you. I was told there was parking for one car. No limits were stated. When we arrived, it was for a small compact car. The trash cans blocked part of the access to the garage. We ended up just using it for bike storage. But had difficulty getting in the garage because another car was partially parked in front of our door. (The owner.) He did move it when requested. Take a flashlight to use in the garage as they have not replaced the bulb. We replaced the one in the laundry room for them so we would have a little light. The floors were swept, but filthy. Our feet were instantly black. We kept the children in shoes and scrubbed their feet several times a day. The dishwasher had not been emptied. Many of the utensils we needed were in the top tray of the dishwasher which we did not discover until the day before we left. They had been there so long they were rusted. Making pancakes with a soup spoon was not fun. And cooking on the bbq with a pancake turner......when I called about bbq utensils I was told to use the pancake turner. "That's what we have to offer." The beds were not made up when we arrived a little after 4:00. When I sat down to sign the papers the small table was covered with sand (from the previous tennant.) If you are a party animal and love the people above throwing water balloons at all the girls, then this is your place. We took our family with small children, and had trouble keeping them to sleep with all the racket coming from above after 1:00 am. It has four beds, but one of the beds is in a hallway. No closet. No privacy. All closet doors hardly open. No dressers. But by golly each bedroom had a TV. Should have spent that money fixing the place up. White fake leather couches I had to wipe down because they were filthy. The furniture in the "Master" bedroom was completely different than advertised. We had a wonderful time in Newport. Where we stayed left me cold.

V.I.P. Experience

I wanted to plan something special for my friend’s 60th birthday and when you work with someone as conscientious and accommodating as Shauntelle, you know you are in for a V.I.P. experience. She is first and foremost dedicated to ensure you have a wonderful stay at her property. And what a property it is! Not only is it beautiful and comfortable on the inside, it’s also in the perfect location. You are just steps to the beach where you can start your day with a hot cup of tea, fresh ocean air, and the sound of crashing waves. You can also walk to the many fun attractions, restaurants, and shops. We had a wonderful stay and created beautiful memories. I highly recommend Shauntelle and her property. I told my friend we could do it again when she turns 80!

Bring Earplugs

This property is conveniently located just steps away from the beach and pier. The property manager, Shauntelle, was very helpful and resourceful. The only downside is you can hear every movement of the tenants on the upper level which can be very frustrating if you have young children that are light sleepers. I recommend bringing ear plugs so you can get some decent sleep.
