Completely remodeled in spring of 2024! Fantastic La Jolla Shores Location!!!! Located in a private gated complex of only 3 units.

This beautiful, first floor, single level, fully furnished home is just steps from La Jolla Shores Beach, Kellogg Park, fabulous restaurants, shops, the world famous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Blacks Beach, and La Jolla Cove. Just a ten minute walk from La Jolla Village and a short drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Downtown San Diego, PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. The immaculate interior offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open and light filled living areas, private back patio, wood flooring, cozy fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen. Elevator and one secured parking space.

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.
The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area.

Beautiful Condo & Amazing Location

My daughters, mother, and I had a great stay here! My five year old kept remarking on what a nice place this was. We loved being able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean. We would love to stay here again!

Great La Jolla Shores vacation stay!

We love coming back to LJ Shores area after living here for many years and moving out of state. This was our best time yet, staying in what felt like a good friend's condo with many personal touches, very well equipped kitchen (spices, oil, etc.) so we didn't need to buy as much to cook for our family. The beach a block away made it so simple to transport the kids and beach things. Will definitely come back! Already miss the beach walks...

As close to perfection as can be

Beautiful property, super clean, comfortable and modern furniture. Looks like it was professionally designed with great taste. Kitchen stocked for a professional chef. Top quality bedding and linen. Definitely, one of the most beautiful and true to description that my family and I have ever stayed at. A 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, gated property, indoor parking. A short 15 min drive to San Diego . Highly recommend it. Easy communication with property manager.

La Jolla family getaway

Nice location and nice features. The kitchen and bathroom were designed with class and comfort in mind. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

This place is amazing and the location couldn't be better. Underground parking. Elevator. Modern space. Short walk to the beach, you don't even need your shoes. Great spots walking distance, Jeffs Burgers is 100%. Momma Dough pizza is amazing. Will deff be back.

What an amazing home and area to stay at. The location was perfect to quick dining of all sorts and very close to shopping areas. A modern and fun home with plenty of room for all. Loved the bathroom. Thank you for all the info in your binder it really help us find what we needed. See ya next year. A must for us.

Perfect family getaway at La Jolla Shores!

We had a fantastic stay at this La Jolla Shores condo! The location couldn’t have been better—just 1-2 blocks from the beach and close to a variety of wonderful restaurants and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient! The parking space was a lifesaver, especially since street parking can be a challenge. The condo layout was perfect for our family, accommodating my two kids and my parents comfortably. Everyone had their own space, which was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got restful nights after our beach adventures. Plus, the kitchen and bathroom finishes felt new and fresh, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy La Jolla!

Perfect location

Rental was perfectly situated for an easy walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The area was very nice and a perfect home base for our vacation. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was helpful. Overall unit was comfortable and quiet and met our needs well. It was well-stocked with toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels, which was appreciated. Both bathrooms are nicely updated and there were plenty of towels and beach towels.

stellar property steps from the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in LaJolla shores with two block beach access and one block to a cute little shopping and dining area. Lots of extras (actually so many that it was difficult to find kitchen space for our own stuff!) Updated bathrooms and nice to have that parking space.

LaJolla Sores

The unit was comfortable but had several ‘flaws’ which surprised us: 1- no kleenex nor shower soap or shampoo 2- fireplace remote didn’t work despite my purchasing new batteries 3- remote driveway gate was very finicky and rarely closed completely so it was often open enough to walk through. Also, it closed on our rental car and scratched the door because it closed too quickly. 4- There were no instructions for the tv’s each of which had 3 remotes(I had to text the owner to figure out how to get them to work). 5- I also initially had difficulty getting the furnace to heat the place which was quite cold when we arrived(also required texting the owner). 6- We found it curious that despite the request to take short showers & conserve water, it took an inordinate amount of time to get warm/hot water from the bathroom faucet & showers which, of course, is a huge waste of water! Regardless, the place is very well located, nice, comfortable & quiet. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops within a 2-3 block walk, and the beach is very close.
